Thank goodness that someone from DLSE-HQ mailed this to T. Zatori in Austin, TX. It took long enough for it to finally reach its destination. There's a spy in San Francisco, and more documents to certain to arrive at the PO Box in Austin, Texas.

Regional Moron Manager Abigael Calva came to Santa Ana on Firday, 01/18/08, to chew the fat with the ladies working at the Santa Ana office. This also includes supervisor Jorge Gomez, not really a woman. She's very busy bending over for Angela Bradstreet, as it was Angela that told Abigael Calva to re-schedule this hearing.

Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet has been sitting on her lazy ass doing nothing about this complaint made against Vicki Tamoush. Read all 6 pages. They itemize, with specificity, the unprofessionalism and discourteous treatment that has plagued virtually everyone that has entered Vicki Tamoush's door. Vicki Tamoush is a fat, fat, cancer who has tarnished DLSE's professionalism and has turned Jorge Gomez into a workplace eunuch. All of this is happening under Regional Manager Abigael Calva, who will work very hard to bury it, sweep it under the rug, and pretend that nobody complained. Another hearing officer Vicki Tamoush, "serving the public" style to upset both employee & employer taxpayers

Since the DLSE has no policies and procedures for wage claim conferences [note: not the 98a hearing, described in the Labor Code, this is the informal settlement conference before the hearing], what we have are "practices." One of our practices is to inform the Deputy Labor Commissioner I or II that parties scheduled to participate in a conference or hearing that have arrived late or tardy be notified by the Counter Duty person.

This morning, Vicki Tamoush simply hid behind the partition and intentionally failed to notifiy Deputy Labor Commissioner Bruce Broadwater that one of his parties was late, so she let them just sit there in the waiting room while DLC Broadwater unknowingly continued the conference. Mr. Broadwater then discovers the inaction of DLC II Vicki Tamoush and informs DLC III Jorge Gomez about this discourteous treatment to the public. Unfortunately, Bruce Broadwater is talking to someone whose sole focus is to protect the butt-kissing snitch at all costs.

Ain't nuthin' gonna happen to Tamoush: attorney Afgani complains about Tamoush, they give Afgani to DLC II Jackson or DLC II Valdez. Boeing writes a seven-page complaint about DLC II Tamoush; ain't nuthin' happened to her! DLC II Vicki Tamoush intentionally delays Spanish wage claimants so her teacher/translator/pal Mindy receives the sweet $$$$ financial gain for her translating services, and nuthin' happens to Tamoush! Broadwater's concern for the public is falling upon deaf ears, as Jorge Gomez has proven to nurture and care for Vicki Tamoush at all costs. The state fired Watson for similar hearing officer shenanigans, but Tamoush gets a free pass from Senior Deputy Josephine Jorge Gomez, Regional Manager Abby Calva, Deputy Chief Denise Padres, and Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet.

I don't know if this guy is just an idiot that assumes the position of prison wife every time he's given a directive, or if he truly believes that his crap smells like roses. In any event, he's either a total imbecile or a retarded bagman.

Yeah, it sucks that the judge ruled against me on that, but I'm used to it. I've gotten so accustomed to having a judge rule against me that I use Preparation H every time I drive to a real court house."

This retard used hundreds of taxpayer dollars [remember, we're a general-fund department] in state's wages to argue, unsuccesfully, about a $30 subpoena that they don't want to pay. Regional Manager Abigael Calva: good for nothing, except wasting taxpayer funds

I don't know who would be proud of her accomplishments. I don't know all of the facts surrounding her work when Lloyd Aubrey was Labor Commissioner, just as I don't know Vanessa Holton's work during Lloyd Aubrey's stint as Labor Commissioner. I don't even know if Abigael Calva and Vanessa Holton ever shared a DLSE training session together, but there's one thing that taxpayers should know: Regional Manager Abigael Calva doesn't require a taxpayer-paid state car & gas to commute from South Pasadena to downtown Los Angeles.

Even if she crawls out from under her Los Angeles rock, she could always use her own car and expense the mileage, or she could use a car from DLSE's fleet. In any event, her own internal ethics should know when to say when. Her abuse of authority, whether she's trying to fire Armida Corral, discriminating against Anne Lee, or using taxpayer-paid resources as her personal commute is shameful. I don't think her sister would have been proud of how she's served the People of California. At the end of the day, she might receive a shiny trinket for her thirty years of service: she can pass that down to her kids...err, I mean...she can donate her shiny trinket to the DLSE museum.

Hearing Officer Vicki Tamoush refuses counsel into 98a hearing because there wasn't a chair. Rgnl. Mgr. Abigael Calva still does nothing!

While the hearing was taking place, an attorney discussed her concerns (about being refused entry into the hearing) with Jorge Gomez. She's also afraid that Vicki Tamoush will tank the case once Vicki's temporarily yanked from the hearing and given a tongue-lashing by Jorge. So anyways, Jorge pulls Vicki out of the hearing to "talk," and wouldn't you know it...the attorney is quickly ushered into the hearing.

One day after an attorney voiced concerns to supervisor Jorge Gomez about this "chair" incident, her office still looks like a wanna-be court...someone should tell her that she's not a judge! Two chairs for the Plaintiff, two chairs for the Defendant, and tables to make it look like a court-room...how pompous.

It's the classic, "I'm supervisor Jorge Gomez and I let Vicki Tamoush do whatever she wants." Personally, I can comfortably fit 6 people in my office, but hell's gonna freeze over before Jorge Gomez tells Vicki to change her office...and here's the real kick in the sack; he won't do it. Vicki Tamoush treats the public with such contempt; it's unbelieveable that she's allowed to do what she does, but that just Jorge allowing her in having the arrogance to tell an attorney that they are not allowed to participate in their client's hearing becuase of a chair. Nice service to the public.

1) Vicki Tamoush screws that taxpayers with delaying Spanish wage claims & hooking up her gal pal Mindy, and Regional Manager Abigael Calva does nothing.

2) Labor Attorney Stephen Afgani makes a formal complaint against Vicki Tamoush, and Regional Manager Abigael Calva does nothing (except to make sure that all Stephen Afgani cases go to Maria Valdez or Jim Jackson).

3) The big taxpaying corporation Boeing makes a complaint against Vicki Tamoush, and Regional Manager Abigael Calva does nothing except to sweep the complaint under the rug.

4) Tamoush plays games with taxpayer money and translator payments, and Regional Manager Abigael Calva does nothing

When Vicki Tamoush complains that someone asked about the make & model of her car, the DIR's Civil Rights Office is involved within 24 hours!

with MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars at her disposal, why is Bradstreet screwing the taxpayer with her decisions?

DLSE Regional Manager Abigael Calva: protecting her female co-workers no matter what damage those women do to the public...Women helping women!

CLICK PIC TO ENLARGE, and what a surprise that Angela Bradstreet did not send this to OD Legal for investigation, but gave it to fellow girl's club member Abigael Calva for proper disposal whitewash. Back in 2002, Deputy Chief Tom Grogan issued a memo that discussed the costs of translators used in the 98a wage claim process. As per current management, that memo still stands. Spanish translators are paid $45 per hour, unless you are a female, work for supervisor Jorge Gomez, and are managed by Abigael Calva.

This one translator worked for 1.25 hours and was paid for 4 hours worth of work. A complaint was filed, and in record time, DLSE Regional Manager Abigael Calva dismissed the complaint, stated that the translator was paid appropriately, and that the hearing officer did nothing wrong. When asked for further details, then all of the sudden Abigael Calva couldn't shut up fast enough. When supervisor Jorge Gomez was asked about this, he said that the translator was working on "other stuff" and that Hearing Officer Vicky Tamoush's recording of time regarding the 1.25 hours was incorrect. He then directed all questions to Abigael Calva, since she was the one that issued the memo that cleared Vicky Tamoush of any taxpayer malfeasance.

Apparently, Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet's philosophy of "women helping women" is now being applied to our day to day operations. Is its goal to protect the collective asses of women who screw over the taxpayer and misappropriate taxpayer funds? Through Bradstreet's delegation, Regional Manager Calva did everything she could to protect Hearing Officer Vicky Tamoush; indeed, Vicky Tamoush is protected, and if push came to shove, then it's a safe assumption that Angela Bradstreet would protect Abigael Calva. It also seems that Abigael Calva found a new Lloyd Aubrey.

CMS delayed for another year, nothing but cowards at DLSE that keeping pouring money into this toilet

Last week, a member of management informed us that CMS would not be ready for another year. I was told by a confidential source that the Van Nuys office is 2+ months behind in issuing the DLSE's Entertainment Work Permits, so they've been authorized to create two additional clerk vacancies....JUST TO TYPE THAT GARBAGE INTO CMS.

CMS is an abortion, and for Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet to notify her staff of CMS responsibility transfer from DLSE to EDD is a mother fcuking joke. They have millions of dollars to spent on this piece of shit, and these jerkoffs are going to spend millions more trying to get it to work, and will spend hundred of thousand of dollars on employees who merely enter data. When will the butt-rape of the taxpayer be stopped? Will someone just make the decision that screwing the taxpayer is not justified?

Chief Counsel Steve McGinty, and Flunkie Richard Munoz are crying about the judge's proposed decision. These morons still don't understand the 1st Amendment. They have an endless bank account because it's the taxpayers that are footing the bill!

Can you imagine if Vanessa Holton had to personally tap Lloyd Aubrey's bank account to fund this witch-hunt? Why aren't these morons doing the job that they are paid to do, which is to lose in front of state Adminstrative Law Judges? Oh wait, we don't have the decision on Miles' fate just yet, but it's coming.

Why is the Office of the Director-Legal Unit fighting some dipshit blogger? Why is so much money being thrown at all of these OD-Legal morons, authorized to continue this losing battle? Which #1 moron is authorizing OD-Legal to continue this battle? Is it our top secretary, Victoria Bradshaw? Is it that other moron Robert Jones (who can't read meal & rest periods), or is it someone else? OD-Legal cannot shit in the woods without an instruction manual, so who is pulling their strings? In any event, every time those morons file a court document is just another opportunity for them to get beat. It's too bad that the judge cannot fine them for wasting the court's time and wasting the taxpayer's money for such intentional & consistent losses. Unfortunately for Vanessa Holton, this is not (any sort of) a husband stealing contest; it's a 1st Amendment issue. These jackasses don't care if they continuing losing, because the financial fraud, waste, and abuse is committed upon the taxpayer; not one DIR turd is telling them to halt and to cut their losses, because they have no losses; it's the taxpayer's loss.

I'm not sure if Vanessa Holton took any recent legal ethics classes, but is there any ethical connection to harassing a blogger exercising free speech, unrelated to DLSE's mission and stealing someone else's husband? I'm not really sure, so please have Vanessa click the 'comment' button and pontificate about this possible nexus. Typically, it's been my experience that an asshole at work is an asshole at home, but I'd really need a video camera at Greg Rupp's house to solidify my theory. Having Vanessa Holton as OD-Legal's Chief Counsel is like having Alberto Gonzales as our Attorney General....oh wait.

I tried reaching out to newly-installed puppet/Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet. You know what she did? She sent DLSE Deputy Chief/Blog Defendant Lupe Almaraz to tell me to not contact her and to go thru the chain of command. She took a big ol' dump on that olive branch.

CMS is a money pit that the taxpayers keeping funding. Lose a little now, or a lot more later. Well, we're at the "lot more later" stage, because the assholes in power continue to fcuk the taxpayers. Stop fcuking the taxpayers; they deserve a rest.
