Hello,
That guy Daniel F. Fears from Payne & Fears LLP is really naive. He thinks that Tamoush will tarnish DLSE/DIR's image, when in reality we all know that DIR/DLSE has none.
Daniel Fears will need to get tougher than that hand slap of a letter.
Send a letter to the Atty. General or to Federal DOJ...then you'll get some action.
