CMS delayed for another year, nothing but cowards at DLSE that keeping pouring money into this toilet
Last week, a member of management informed us that CMS would not be ready for another year. I was told by a confidential source that the Van Nuys office is 2+ months behind in issuing the DLSE's Entertainment Work Permits, so they've been authorized to create two additional clerk vacancies....JUST TO TYPE THAT GARBAGE INTO CMS. CMS is an abortion, and for Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet to notify her staff of CMS responsibility transfer from DLSE to EDD is a mother fcuking joke. They have millions of dollars to spent on this piece of shit, and these jerkoffs are going to spend millions more trying to get it to work, and will spend hundred of thousand of dollars on employees who merely enter data. When will the butt-rape of the taxpayer be stopped? Will someone just make the decision that screwing the taxpayer is not justified? Any responsible staff at DLSE needs to call the whistle blower hotline and report this waste of California taxpayer’s money on the CMS computer system.

Is the Little Hover Commission still an active commission of state Government in California? Maybe they would be interested in a state agency wasting millions of tax payer's dollars on boondoggle like CMS!
Whoa CMS another project where Jim Culbeaux has failed? Culbeau sister Christine Baker will come out with more phony reports with the help of UC Berkley to make DIR appear they are doing something rather than wasting taxpayer money. What do we need? Another Culbeaux promotion?
It is come to our Unit attention that the DLSE with the help of the DIR IT and Mr. Jim Culboux are spending more State resources trying to patch together the CMS system.
The DIR has siged a contract and paid millions of dollars to the Hanson contractors to get this CMS project completed by last November.
How can these people get away with wasting taxpayers money with no accountability !
DUE TO CMS BUDGET OVERRUNS, THERE APPEARS TO BE A SHORTAGE OF FUNDS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PAY RAISES FOR THE DIR STAFF. BUT THAN AGAIN, YOU ARE NOT HERE FOR THE MONEY, RIGHT! SO LET'S PUT OUR NOSES TO THE GRINDSTONE RATHER UP OUR ASSES BECAUSE IT IS NOT GOING TO WORK ANYWAY.
My father has been in politics for several years. He said that Christine Baker, Jim Culbeaux's sister, was one of the most self serving and corrupt person he had known. One can be sure that any politician that is seen around Christine Baker or attends any of her meetings is corrupt.
