Do you know what kind of a check the taxpayers will be writing to Miles Locker because of Robert Jones and Victoria Bradshaw? Positive and successful office relationships improve service to the public.  During the failed Senate confirmation beat-down of Robert Jones, it was highlighted that Jones destroyed office morale.  The Senate Rules Committee made note of it, so for Regional dipshit Abigael Calva to allow Jorge Gomez to act in a manner that does a disservice to the public being served in Santa Ana is contrary to what Senate Assembly Members desire from state employees.

Calva, for years, allowed and still allows Jorge Gomez to fcuk the Santa Ana office with Mary Tokar's and Vicki Tamoush's continued employment without proper supervision. Tokar retired and Tamoush transferred before Gomez took corrective action, so what does that say about Calva and Gomez?

Gomez is unfit to be a supervisor, as he doesn't supervise, he just bends over, and not for the taxpayer, just for his own self-serving preservation, career, and hopes of being promoted.  He's not smart enough to figure out that he'll never get promoted, as they failed him on the DLC IV exam and passed & promoted that noob Eric Rood, whose about 10 years out of high school.  Someone who's dumb enough not to read the writing that's on the wall is unfit to supervise the busiest wage claim office in California...give him something more his speed, like El Centro or Winterhaven.

After watching the Senate confirmation of Robert Jones on calchannel.com, I cannot wait for them to finish him off.  This snake doesn't deserve to be anywhere near public service; in fact, he should be in jail for what he has done/tried to do to the workers of California as well as the workers of those that enforce our labor laws, the DLSE.

This is classic Robert Jones: he issued a no-speak gag order on his own DLSE attorneys, so a DLSE attorney goes to ACLU for help (she cannot go to Jones, obviously). She has a kid and there are health complications with the kid, so she requests unpaid leave, and he tells her no f*cking way.  Retaliation for going to the ACLU? You bet.  Who keeps Jones in check?  That other jackass, Victoria Bradshaw, who was personally appointed by Girlie Man GAS to head the new agency & taxpayer black hole, the LWDA.  Robert Jones eventually makes nice with the ACLU, and 4 days after making nice with the ACLU, he terminates Miles Locker for the same reasons (supposedly) reconciled with the ACLU.  So not only is Robert Jones a stinking pile of feces, but he's a lying, stinking pile of feces.  In 02/07, he told me to either settle with him or I'll be fired; needless to say, I'll be here and he'll be going.  Miles Locker will be coming back!

It turns out that Jones sharpened his horns on Miles Locker after only 1 month of being hired, so who was really behind the assassination of Miles Locker's career?  Victoria Bradshaw, John Rea, and Anthony Mischel.  These three douchebags were Robert Jones' pimps, and Robert Jones whored himself for personal gain.  Vicky Bradshaw & John Rea didn't have the balls to do it themselves, so they outsourced it to Robert Jones and Tony Mischel.  Tony Mischel is one of the biggest pieces of feces collecting a paycheck from the taxpayers, but in the end, Victoria Bradshaw and John Rea should be held responsible for the actions of Robert Jones and Anthony Mischel.  Vicky Bradshaw's so stupid, it's a wonder why she hasn't figured out why Tony Mischel is a 3rd-rate lawyer in a 3rd-rate state agency.  She and John Rea gave him the job of getting rid of Miles, and she's about as successful at that as making meal & rest periods a penalty...LOSER!

LWDA, DIRt, and DLSE deny their employees the right to telework, even though this right is written into the collective bargaining agreement

It's written into our very own employment contract: TELEWORK SHALL NOT BE UNREASONABLY DENIED. The management feces will suggest that we use the grievance procedure with the union, and the only thing that does is delay it for a year and longer as it moves along the grievance process, because the management feces needs four levels of denial before they can start laughing at their employees for having stuck the telework denial in their eye.

DIR/DLSE management does everything they can to stick it up the asses of their Deputy Labor Commissioners (DLC)s. Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet gets a beat-down with Corrales, and it's the DLCs who suffer. LWDA Deputy Secretary Robert Jones greases the palms for CMS, and it's the DLCs who suffer (not to mention the taxpayers). LWDA Secretary Victoria Bradshaw gets a beat-down with Livadas, and it's the DLCs who suffer. DLSE's very best Jackass, Greg Rupp, becomes Acting Labor Commissioner for a day, giving him time to push through meal & rest period laws that are eventually overturned because of their illegality, and it is the DLCs who suffer (not to mention the victims/wage claimants).

This is what's so funny about insecure, incompetent, control freak managers: they cannot manage, so they think someone siting at their desk must be working. Citizens and members of the public, both employees and employers, deserve better than the feces serving them. Management feces is old and stinky and should retire to go & rot elsewhere. Fish stink from the head, or so the Japanese saying goes. It was bad enough (at Wage Claims) when the bosses took DLC Mary Tokar out of rotation, and then DLC Chopra unexpectedly passed. The DLSE's band-aid approach was to remove DLC Sal Trujillo from the Retaliation Unit and to transfer DLC Chopra's cases to him. Mr. Trujillo will not be assuming DLC Chopra's case load, as he is leaving DLSE and gave notice to supervisor Jorge Gomez on 09/28/07. So what do the management clowns do now?

Your guess is as good as mine. We have a United States president, dedicated to killing soldiers in the name of democracy but really for oil. The taxpayers are footing the bill at the current rate of +/-$12 billion per month for soldiers to come back injured or dead, yet we cannot have a normal healthcare or educational system in the (supposed) greatest nation in the world. The War on Terror is just as effective as our War on Drugs. I see a lot of connection between this Bush administration and our very own GAS puppets. Jones, Bradshaw, Rea, Baker, Culbeaux & Rupp: even Bradstreet claims to be a Democrat but with rich people, there's only one green priority: you either have it or you don't. People who have a lot of green don't want to lose it and generally want to keep it. In my book, Bradstreet might as well be a Republican: she was appointed by one, she seems to jam employees they way owners do, and she's faithfully represented management in the private sector.

These GAS morons will not do the right thing and make things better in the Santa Ana office; they will only make it worse. This is why Labor Commissioner Bradstreet sent us that dipshit rah-rah, hang-in-there cheerleading memo about CMS. Whatever solution they devise for DLC Chopra's caseload, you can bet the solution will be just as genius as those responsible with solving it: Angela Bradstreet, Lupe Almaraz, Abigael Calva, and Jorge Gomez: put your little heads together and stop the bleeding in the DLSE Santa Ana Wage Claims office.

DLSE has a BOFE manual and a Hearing Officer's manual, but nothing for the settlement conferences. Why does the DLSE practice such inefficiency?

The DLSE has a book for hearing officers and a book for BOFE (Bureau of Field Enforcement), but what these retards don't have is a book for settling conferences.

These retards are wasting state time, resources, and money by focusing on items that are not mission-related, like losing in court to the blogger. Who is authorizing these costs to the taxpayer? Make no mistake that this was their sad attempt at harassment & retaliation, and they (still) couldn't get it right.

When retards are in charge, they rarely get it right. Is this why Anglela Bradstreet is (now) cheerleading for that multi-million dollar abortion called CMS? Is this why she lost Corrales? Is this why Bradshaw lost Livadas? Is this why Miles Locker will beat them and come back to DLSE? Arguments from retards are almost always unsuccessful because they are fatally flawed; justice & law are on their other side of the fence, and those in charge think they can overcome justice & law by argument.

It is these people (Robert Jones, Richard Munoz, Vanessa Holton, Anthony Mischel, Steve McGinty, and now-Angela Bradstreet) that perpetuate the stereotypes about lawyers. As the zealous advocates for their clients they will claim, they are not acting in the best interest of their client. If Bradstreet's going to outsource CMS finalization to EDD, then shouldn't she, at the very least, take a big dump on Jim Culbeaux's career?

Just when I think that sanity & reality may return to this division, I read Angela Bradstreet's memo (go to the 'thank-you' paragraph), and I go insane all over again [click this link to read text & pic {click pic to enlarge}]. She thanks some personnel that were/are completely useless, and it looks like she didn't thank the true mastermind of CMS: Jim Culbeaux. Why was his name not in her memo?

What I really love about this blog is that people from Nor Cal are reading it, and if they are really smart, they're passing this link for others to read. It seems that Jim Culbeaux rents out space in Oakland to recently ejected Acting Director John Rea, and there are those that insist that he's the mastermind behind the CMS failure. If that's true, then what's happening to his career? For those that are in the know, please spell it out for us not in the know. How did he get his start? Who protects him and why? What education & specialization does he possess?

If you read Angela's memo carefully, you'll notice how she failed to articulate the total cost, both in dollars and man/woman hours spent on this abortion. If she wants credibility and street cred, then she'll need to earn it. She'll need to get rid of those that cannot do their job or hinder other personnel from doing their jobs. Greg Rupp needs to go, because any action he takes (other than sleeping at his desk) only screws the division. Lupe Almaraz needs something more than an official reprimand for 3 judges having decided that he violated a co-worker's constitutional rights, those OD-Legal retards attorneys need big-time demotions (Steve McGinty & Richard Munoz), Vaness Holton & Anthony Mischel need to do a "Jose Millan" and join another agency, and last but not least:

Robert Jones, the windbag that couldn't get confirmed. Are there any amount of adjectives that don't encompass this ass-clown's persona? He fired Miles Locker, threatened his own legal staff & tried to destroy free speech, and threatened the blogger with termination. Who is protecting this butt-monkey? Is it Vicky Bradshaw, is she the one that's protecting his job? Where does this douchebag get his juice? Who's fingerprints are on his careeer ascension? How did he go from idiot civilian attorney to DLSE Acting Labor Commissioner & Chief Counsel to Deputy Blah Blah Blah at LWDA? Angela Bradstreet should use every ounce of her connection with Susan Kennedy and have the Governator separate him from public service. Vicky Bradshaw will try and pull rank if this happens, but a decent cat fight just might be what this agency needs to right itself.

In a case that will eventually cost in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, these public servants (Victoria Bradshaw, Vanessa Holtom, John Rea, Robert Jones, Steve McGinty, Richard Munoz, Anthony Mischel, Greg Rupp, and Lupe Almaraz) have failed their obligatory duty.

The DLSE's GAS republican agenda current mission seems to politicize wages and devise ways for employers to circumvent those nasty little things called labor laws. Lawful employers have no problem with the laws on the books; only the law breakers are pissed off about meal and rest periods, overtime, minimum wage, and mandatory workers compensation insurance.

Here we have a division that fought a free speech case and lost, but they didn't lose their money. They lost the public's money: ergo, they lost your money. They don't care about losing your money because it's not their money. These public officers are incompetent, inefficient, and deserve to have their jobs taken away from them. They do not deserve to serve the public anymore, as they have demonstrated that they have zero fiduciary duty to the taxpayer. Let me repeat their names for the purpose of a Google search:Victoria Bradshaw, Vanessa Holtom, John Rea, Robert Jones, Steve McGinty, Richard Munoz, Anthony Mischel, Greg Rupp, and Lupe Almaraz.

These people are probably arrogant enough to keep fighting; I welcome the opportunity to beat them again and again. Let them appeal, spend more of the public's money and lose. I welcome the chance to show these documents at Angela Bradstreet's and Robert Jones' senate confirmation hearings. Who's the new DIR Director-Duncan, is it? He can join this party, too.

By the way, Steve McGinty and Richard Munoz are some of the best tools OD-Legal attorneys in state service. They rank (right up there with) OD-Legal attorneys Anthony Mischel and Vanessa Holton. I think all four of them are a total joke, and their legal failures prove it. They'll keep losing and I'll keep broadcasting...they ought to stop using the public's money in pursuing a non-mission DLSE legal battle. Save the money for CMS lawsuits. What really burns my ass is the Governator, he actually has the stones to post on his website that he's "The People's Governor." He should have titled it "The Special Interest's Governor," or "The Guy Who Appoints Morons & Invites Lawsuits' Governor"
