Robert Jones' last day should have been June 6, 2008. Victoria Bradshaw's redundant idiot selection (after Jose Millan) failed his senate confirmation, producing another loss for her administration of morons, losers, and idiots (those defined as intentionally producing fraud, waste, and abuse for the California taxpayer).

Do you know what kind of a check the taxpayers will be writing to Miles Locker because of Robert Jones and Victoria Bradshaw? The two of them should be in jail for such an otherwise white-collar crime (unlawful use of taxpayer funds)...or they can pay Miles out of their own wallets and save the taxpayers from the pain both Bradshaw & Jones have caused.

Is Robert Jones still working? If so, then where did the Big Vick Hick put him? Is he really gone, or did the Big Vick Hick shuffle him to continue collecting his paycheck? I'd like to know, so I can start inundating Senator Perata's office with multiple complaints. Robert Jones should not be allowed to collect another taxpayer-paid paycheck. What this administration and what Robert Jones did to Miles Locker is incomprehensible. Unless Big Hick Vick hires Robert Jones to shine the boots of Miles Locker for a year, there's no real use for Robert Jones: he needs to go chase ambulances.

Vicky Bradshaw's whore-Robert Jones-to be bent over (again) on Wednesday, May 21st at 1:30pm

After watching the Senate confirmation of Robert Jones on calchannel.com, I cannot wait for them to finish him off.  This snake doesn't deserve to be anywhere near public service; in fact, he should be in jail for what he has done/tried to do to the workers of California as well as the workers of those that enforce our labor laws, the DLSE.

This is classic Robert Jones: he issued a no-speak gag order on his own DLSE attorneys, so a DLSE attorney goes to ACLU for help (she cannot go to Jones, obviously). She has a kid and there are health complications with the kid, so she requests unpaid leave, and he tells her no f*cking way.  Retaliation for going to the ACLU? You bet.  Who keeps Jones in check?  That other jackass, Victoria Bradshaw, who was personally appointed by Girlie Man GAS to head the new agency & taxpayer black hole, the LWDA.  Robert Jones eventually makes nice with the ACLU, and 4 days after making nice with the ACLU, he terminates Miles Locker for the same reasons (supposedly) reconciled with the ACLU.  So not only is Robert Jones a stinking pile of feces, but he's a lying, stinking pile of feces.  In 02/07, he told me to either settle with him or I'll be fired; needless to say, I'll be here and he'll be going.  Miles Locker will be coming back!

It turns out that Jones sharpened his horns on Miles Locker after only 1 month of being hired, so who was really behind the assassination of Miles Locker's career?  Victoria Bradshaw, John Rea, and Anthony Mischel.  These three douchebags were Robert Jones' pimps, and Robert Jones whored himself for personal gain.  Vicky Bradshaw & John Rea didn't have the balls to do it themselves, so they outsourced it to Robert Jones and Tony Mischel.  Tony Mischel is one of the biggest pieces of feces collecting a paycheck from the taxpayers, but in the end, Victoria Bradshaw and John Rea should be held responsible for the actions of Robert Jones and Anthony Mischel.  Vicky Bradshaw's so stupid, it's a wonder why she hasn't figured out why Tony Mischel is a 3rd-rate lawyer in a 3rd-rate state agency.  She and John Rea gave him the job of getting rid of Miles, and she's about as successful at that as making meal & rest periods a penalty...LOSER!

GAS brought Vicky Bradshaw back into public service-who's a Pete Wilson flunkie, and 3 days after her hiring, she dragged Miles Locker into her office and demanded to know who decided meal & rest periods were wages and not penalties.  Make no mistake, this meal & rest period thing is HUGE in California, it's in the hundred of millions of dollars, and shitty employers need Vicky Bradshaw to get rid of Miles Locker so illegitimate employers can abuse labor laws/workers.  Legitimate employers don't care because they follow the law; it's the illegitimate employers whose special interest are served by GAS, Victoria Bradshaw, John Rea, Anthony Mischel, and Robert Jones.

Oh Happy Days when Bradshaw, Rea, Mischel, and Jones no longer collect a paycheck from the taxpayers of California.  The taxpayers deserve better than these fecal piles.

Please contact every member of the Senate Rules Committee and find out who's in charge of reviewing, approving, and confirming this clown for his political appointment.  Here's what the Senate members need to ask at the confirmation hearing:

1) Why did you issue a "No-speak" memo to DLSE attorneys, only to cowardly yank it after they filed a PERB complaint?

2) Why did you terminate Miles Locker in exchange for being Acting Labor Commissioner and Acting Chief Counsel?  How long have you lived your life as Acting Jackass?

3) Why were you involved in the Blogger's Free Speech litigation, and why do you hate free speech, as evidenced by your 'No Speak' memo and anti-blogger involvement?

4) How long have you been a whore for the Meal & Rest Period reform attempted by the various lobbyists and political contributors?

5) Will you continue to whore yourself for either monetary gain or political power?  What is your starting price, and can an individual taxpayer afford it, other than the Governor that appointed you?

6) How much did you personally profit, either politically or financially, from the (at least) $6,000,000.00 taxpayer-paid abortion called "CMS?"

7) How were you able to deceive the taxpayers of their political due process by collecting a paycheck as Acting Labor Commissioner for almost two years?  Is it because they could not appoint you as Labor Commissioner because you would never be confirmed?  You received two years of experience, being a loyal a dedicated whore for your masters, so that it would be an easier sell to this political appointment?

8) Why were you down in San Diego, actively involved with the "Brinker" decision?  Was this another example of you on your knees, trying to please your masters?  Did the taxpayers pay for your flight from Nor Cal to San Diego?  What was the excuse/justification for the taxpayers to take in the shorts for your jaunt?

9) What was that stunt you tried to pull with Wal Mart?  Didn't you want to save them $60,000,000.00+ by knee-capping the lawsuit against them concerning the statute of limitations regarding meal & rest periods?  Is Wal Mart also one of your masters, or do you drop to your knees for any big corporation?

10) Other than living on your knees to please your masters, explain in detail how your public service benefits Californians overall, or do you just take up space to please elite millionaires and employers?

This clown has been a disaster for public service since DAY 1.  If he is confirmed by the senate, then  it will be a dark day for all Californians earning less than $125,000.00 per year.

The Bureau of State Audits (http://www.bsa.ca.gov/) doesn't do anything, the Attorney General's office won't do squat, so no one's really interested in justice.

Our very own Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet wanted DLC Mary Tokar fired immediately, but someone had to tell Bradstreet that public sector is different than private sector, and there are rules. Our own Labor Commissioner didn't know how her own game is played, yet these are the morons who are appointed. Spring time is coming up; let's hope that someone prints out a couple pages of this blog to give to the senators who are in charge of her political appointment.

If the DLSE wanted to pull back their action against Miles Locker, then they could. Much like a court, the prosecution can withdraw their complaint as long as it has not been decided (either by a judge or a jury). This February, the taxpayers of California celebrated their 2-year anniversary of Miles Locker being terminated from public service. What ever happened to the douchebags that fired him? Vicky Bradshaw is still employed, John Rea is on her left udder, Robert Jones is on her right udder, and Anthony Mischel is still collecting his paycheck. DIRt lead grifter lawyer Vanessa Holton is still there, ever the collective mess that she is.

Like any tool (blunt instrument), she's only guided by whoever's handling her: Susan Kennedy, Wal Mart, Boeing, etc? As far as I can tell, her bigshot law degree, her fat bank account, and her big IQ have amounted to nothing at DLSE: she's yet to decide anything on her own. Morons tell her that phone calls will fix that Corrales abortion, so she tells conference deputies to make phone calls. Morons tell her not to settle with the blogger, so she doesn't settle (and the DLSE subsequently loses in court..again). Morons tell her to support that taxpayer-paid, multi-million dollar abortion called CMS, and she does what a good ho's supposed to do: please her pimps.

I'm sure Morons are telling her not to deal with Miles Locker, but she'd be real smart not to listen to those Morons; those are the same Morons that are constantly putting her in a trick-box. Yeah, she's so smart, she can't even tell when she's getting played. This is the big difference between street smarts and book smarts. Here's a small list of why Angela Bradstreet should not be confirmed by the Senate as Labor Commissioner:
1) She continues to waste millions of taxpayers dollars on CMS
2) Through her two (2) page "excuse" letter about the yet-to-be-built Santa Ana safety barrier, her professional snubbing of Assembly Member Van Tran discredits this agency
3) She's a corporate shill for Brinker Restaurant Corp.
4) She (chief state labor law enforcement officer) offers biased opinions on private litigation
5) She's too incompetent to currently fix the problems identified in the Corrales lawsuit
6) She promoted Denise Padres (hearing officer of Hartwig/precedent decision on meal & rest period [penalty v. wage]) to Deputy Chief
7) She continues to protect Hearing Officer Vicki Tamoush, even after Boeing's seven (7) page complaint against Tamoush

and finally,

8) Outside of Wal Mart & Brinker, Angela Bradstreet has done nothing to improve either this agency or how it serves the employee & employer; she's a waste of taxpayer-paid public service

She doesn't deserve the job because the taxpayers of California deserve better than her. The Senate confirmation committee owes this much to the taxpayers.

There aren't any bad DLSE offices, there are only bad DLSE managers

These managers have systematically f*cked the California working taxpayer. What they couldn't push through the back door (with the Jose Millan - Greg Rupp chickenhawks), they couldn't get through the front door (with the judge's ruling on the Corrales decision). It seems that ever since Schwarzenegger took office (and filled his post with Pete Wilson rejects), our policies have been a direct butt-raping of the California worker. Look at what DLSE has done with Wal Mart, Kenneth Cole, bullsh*t emergency regulation implementation attempts, and most importantly...our DLSE promotions!

Denise Padres goes from a DLC II to a DLC IV, and then to a DLC VI! She's the one that started the whole butt-rape of the taxpayer with her bullsh*t hearing officer decision/interpretation of, 'meal and rest periods are a penalty' crapola. Meanwhile, the very attorney who has called it correct from the very beginning, is still waiting for the State Personnel Board to decide whether or not the DLSE butt-raped his career. Denise Padres is either too stoopid to correctly interpret the Industrial Welfare Commission orders, or she is neck-deep in the conspiracy to screw the California worker to the direct benefit of The Corporation.

In any event, she will be our new Idiot Deputy Chief. Being an ass-kissing moron goes a long way in the DLSE....but like I said, there are no bad DLSE offices, only bad DLSE managers. You know who promoted this moron? That's right, Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet, the one named as the idiot-in-charge in the Corrales decision. The same person that started this avalanche has now been promoted! There are no accidents, no coincidences. Come up with a bullshit precedent decision that GAS wants, run with it as long as the courts allow, and then get promoted once the courts slap your wrist.

Padres was promoted because she towed the GAS political line, and the beauty of all this was that Greg Rupp got screwed in the process! That's twice he's been passed over for Deputy Chief, and he tried (so hard) to bend himself over for GAS when he attempted to get that "emergency regulation" passed, but was defeated with "lawsuits." Greg Rupp's a loser, and Denise Padres is an idiot, possibly a co-conspirator. The California Taxpayer got shafted, and our state was made just a little bit weaker with these corporate whores at the helm of DLSE.
