I was starting to lose faith that every DLSE/DIR/LWDA jerk appointed to public service will continue to butt-rape the California taxpayer.  Deputy butt-lick Secretary Robert Jones is gone, click pics to enlarge and read.  You know the DLSE management 'tards will click these pics, because that's what 'tards do, they read the news while true leaders make the news.

Perata made news today, and Miles Locker will make news soon enough.  What realy sux is that the DLSE/DIR/LWDA management FECES will probably find a nice cushy job for Robert Jones-*sshole, only this time it might be a non-political appointment for $125,000+ per year. If they're dumb enough to hurt the taxpayer to do this (keep having him collect a state paycheck), then I will have no mercy on them and they will see a postcard & letter writing campaign that they have never seen.

Victoria Bradshaw is an evil idiot for rubbing stamping this moron for appointment, and Governor Schwarzenegger is a bigger idiot for listening to Vicky Bradshaw...isn't it time for her fat ass to go live in her Italian villa where she can try and squeeze her Size 12 boats into some Size 7 Gucci pumps?  Victoria Bradshaw is a big, fat loser.  John Rea is a big, fat loser.  Robert Jones is a big, fat loser moron.

After watching the Senate confirmation of Robert Jones on calchannel.com, I cannot wait for them to finish him off.  This snake doesn't deserve to be anywhere near public service; in fact, he should be in jail for what he has done/tried to do to the workers of California as well as the workers of those that enforce our labor laws, the DLSE.

This is classic Robert Jones: he issued a no-speak gag order on his own DLSE attorneys, so a DLSE attorney goes to ACLU for help (she cannot go to Jones, obviously). She has a kid and there are health complications with the kid, so she requests unpaid leave, and he tells her no f*cking way.  Retaliation for going to the ACLU? You bet.  Who keeps Jones in check?  That other jackass, Victoria Bradshaw, who was personally appointed by Girlie Man GAS to head the new agency & taxpayer black hole, the LWDA.  Robert Jones eventually makes nice with the ACLU, and 4 days after making nice with the ACLU, he terminates Miles Locker for the same reasons (supposedly) reconciled with the ACLU.  So not only is Robert Jones a stinking pile of feces, but he's a lying, stinking pile of feces.  In 02/07, he told me to either settle with him or I'll be fired; needless to say, I'll be here and he'll be going.  Miles Locker will be coming back!

It turns out that Jones sharpened his horns on Miles Locker after only 1 month of being hired, so who was really behind the assassination of Miles Locker's career?  Victoria Bradshaw, John Rea, and Anthony Mischel.  These three douchebags were Robert Jones' pimps, and Robert Jones whored himself for personal gain.  Vicky Bradshaw & John Rea didn't have the balls to do it themselves, so they outsourced it to Robert Jones and Tony Mischel.  Tony Mischel is one of the biggest pieces of feces collecting a paycheck from the taxpayers, but in the end, Victoria Bradshaw and John Rea should be held responsible for the actions of Robert Jones and Anthony Mischel.  Vicky Bradshaw's so stupid, it's a wonder why she hasn't figured out why Tony Mischel is a 3rd-rate lawyer in a 3rd-rate state agency.  She and John Rea gave him the job of getting rid of Miles, and she's about as successful at that as making meal & rest periods a penalty...LOSER!

GAS brought Vicky Bradshaw back into public service-who's a Pete Wilson flunkie, and 3 days after her hiring, she dragged Miles Locker into her office and demanded to know who decided meal & rest periods were wages and not penalties.  Make no mistake, this meal & rest period thing is HUGE in California, it's in the hundred of millions of dollars, and shitty employers need Vicky Bradshaw to get rid of Miles Locker so illegitimate employers can abuse labor laws/workers.  Legitimate employers don't care because they follow the law; it's the illegitimate employers whose special interest are served by GAS, Victoria Bradshaw, John Rea, Anthony Mischel, and Robert Jones.

Oh Happy Days when Bradshaw, Rea, Mischel, and Jones no longer collect a paycheck from the taxpayers of California.  The taxpayers deserve better than these fecal piles.

These are the official fecal matters of DIR, DLSE, and LWDA: Richard Munoz, Anthony Mischel, Vanessa Holton, Steve McGinty, Angela Bradstreet, John Rea, John Duncan, Robert Roginson, Robert Jones, Victoria Bradshaw: otherwise known as the Feces 10.  Most are lackey lawyers or political appointees, thus adding to their stink.

They do nothing to the guilty parties of CMS, the taxpayer-paid, multi-million dollar abortion that's officially listed as junk.  Not one *sshole has been charged/disciplined with that fiasco, but some DLC cannot order business cards because there's no money to pay for them.  No oversight, no accountability, and certainly no responsibility taken for CMS.  Not one of Feces 10 will provide any real numbers as to the true cost of CMS to the taxpayer.  The Feces 10 will continue to do what they do best, collect their paychecks, stink up the joint, and provide a disservice to the taxpayers of California

All these fecal matters do is wait for the Golden Bear to crap into their direct deposit accounts once a month; that pretty much sums up their usefulness to the taxpayers of California.

If the DLSE wanted to pull back their action against Miles Locker, then they could. Much like a court, the prosecution can withdraw their complaint as long as it has not been decided (either by a judge or a jury). This February, the taxpayers of California celebrated their 2-year anniversary of Miles Locker being terminated from public service. What ever happened to the douchebags that fired him? Vicky Bradshaw is still employed, John Rea is on her left udder, Robert Jones is on her right udder, and Anthony Mischel is still collecting his paycheck. DIRt lead grifter lawyer Vanessa Holton is still there, ever the collective mess that she is.

Like any tool (blunt instrument), she's only guided by whoever's handling her: Susan Kennedy, Wal Mart, Boeing, etc? As far as I can tell, her bigshot law degree, her fat bank account, and her big IQ have amounted to nothing at DLSE: she's yet to decide anything on her own. Morons tell her that phone calls will fix that Corrales abortion, so she tells conference deputies to make phone calls. Morons tell her not to settle with the blogger, so she doesn't settle (and the DLSE subsequently loses in court..again). Morons tell her to support that taxpayer-paid, multi-million dollar abortion called CMS, and she does what a good ho's supposed to do: please her pimps.

I'm sure Morons are telling her not to deal with Miles Locker, but she'd be real smart not to listen to those Morons; those are the same Morons that are constantly putting her in a trick-box. 2) Through her two (2) page "excuse" letter about the yet-to-be-built Santa Ana safety barrier, her professional snubbing of Assembly Member Van Tran discredits this agency
3) She's a corporate shill for Brinker Restaurant Corp.
4) She (chief state labor law enforcement officer) offers biased opinions on private litigation
5) She's too incompetent to currently fix the problems identified in the Corrales lawsuit
6) She promoted Denise Padres (hearing officer of Hartwig/precedent decision on meal & rest period [penalty v. wage]) to Deputy Chief
7) She continues to protect Hearing Officer Vicki Tamoush, even after Boeing's seven (7) page complaint against Tamoush

and finally,

8) Outside of Wal Mart & Brinker, Angela Bradstreet has done nothing to improve either this agency or how it serves the employee & employer; she's a waste of taxpayer-paid public service

She doesn't deserve the job because the taxpayers of California deserve better than her. The Senate confirmation committee owes this much to the taxpayers.

I heard that Lupe retired because he hated working for Angela, and Angela thinks that Greg Rupp is dumb & worthless..she hates Greg Rupp. I also heard that John Rea was the #1 butthole that supervised Denise Padres' Hartwig decision. John Rea had to make sure that Hartwig was perfect before it was published. I've also been told that Angela Bradstreet's senate confirmation will be sometime in Spring, 2008. Fish stink from the head, or so the Japanese saying goes. It was bad enough (at Wage Claims) when the bosses took DLC Mary Tokar out of rotation, and then DLC Chopra unexpectedly passed. The DLSE's band-aid approach was to remove DLC Sal Trujillo from the Retaliation Unit and to transfer DLC Chopra's cases to him. Mr. Trujillo will not be assuming DLC Chopra's case load, as he is leaving DLSE and gave notice to supervisor Jorge Gomez on 09/28/07. So what do the management clowns do now?

Your guess is as good as mine. We have a United States president, dedicated to killing soldiers in the name of democracy but really for oil. The taxpayers are footing the bill at the current rate of +/-$12 billion per month for soldiers to come back injured or dead, yet we cannot have a normal healthcare or educational system in the (supposed) greatest nation in the world. The War on Terror is just as effective as our War on Drugs. People who have a lot of green don't want to lose it and generally want to keep it. In my book, Bradstreet might as well be a Republican: she was appointed by one, she seems to jam employees they way owners do, and she's faithfully represented management in the private sector.

These GAS morons will not do the right thing and make things better in the Santa Ana office; they will only make it worse. This is why Labor Commissioner Bradstreet sent us that dipshit rah-rah, hang-in-there cheerleading memo about CMS. Whatever solution they devise for DLC Chopra's caseload, you can bet the solution will be just as genius as those responsible with solving it: Angela Bradstreet, Lupe Almaraz, Abigael Calva, and Jorge Gomez: put your little heads together and stop the bleeding in the DLSE Santa Ana Wage Claims office.

What the heck is going on with Jim Culbeaux, Dan Hishijima, Jeff Seeman, CMS, and DLSE-Nor Cal? Do these comments "concern" Bradstreet?

Comment #1) Jim Culbeaux was hired at DIR as a student assistant by his sister Christine Baker. Christine was head of the IT Department, that at the time, was small, and was part of the Division of Labor Statistics and Research (DLSR). Jim Culbeaux majored in Forestery and has absolutely no knowledge in the computer industry. Christine Baker has ties to corrupt senators and politicians and has used this influence to push for Jim Culbeaux's promotions over the years. Jim Culbeaux was promoted to Data Processing Manager IV (DPM IV) when other Departments with much bigger and larger operations such as CalTrans did not have their Chief Information Officers above the DPM III level. Comment #2) Here's news from Nor Cal. I heard that last year Jim Culbeaux held exams for the Systems Software Specialist series I, II and III. Prior to the exams Jim Culbeaux and his accomplice Dan Nishijima asked certain individuals what questions they could answer so as to ask those same questions at the exams. As predicted only the individuals with advance knowledge of the questions made it to the lists. One such individual named Jeff Seeman was insulted by the offer and the outcome and thought is was unfair to the other individuals taking the exams and came forward and turned Jim Culbeaux and Dan Nishijima in. The exams were abolished and are being held again this time by the SPB. However nothing has been done to the perpetrators of this crime namely Jim Culbeaux and Dan Nishijima. Jim Culbeaux's sister, Christine Baker of Committee on Health and Safety at DIR, funds many UC Berkeley studies, thru DIR funds. These studies can be skewed to suit the insurance industry, the AFL-CIO and others that Christine has connections and in return for favors for DIR.
