Angela Bradstreet, Dean Fryer, Jim Culbeaux, CMS, Tony Mischel, Robert Jones, Victoria Bradshaw, Greg Rupp, Vanessa Holton, Steve McGinty, Richard Munoz, John Rea, Lupe Almaraz, Jose Millan are merely tools of a corrupt regime. These are the same people that fired Miles Locker, have attacked the blogger, pumped millions into that CMS software abortion, kept hearing officer Vicki Tamoush employed, and promoted pimped out for Hartwig decision Denise Padres from a DLC II to DLC VI (Deputy Chief).

I'm sure there are more boot-lickers, whose sole focus is never the job they're paid to do, but to suck up and get promoted to the next job, more power, more prestige, more power, more prestige.Vicki Bradshaw won the battle over meal & rest periods; her idiot boss bent over for the special interests, and they were going to win the battle permanently until the California Supreme Court stepped in.

They could easily stop fighting Miles and return him to public service, but these public servants don't do their job, they spend time targeting people. Vicki, John, Robert all wanted Miles gone, so what happened? Miles went. These public servants serve out their private vendettas using public funds and no one cares. The Bureau of State Audits (http://www.bsa.ca.gov/) doesn't do anything, the Attorney General's office won't do squat, so no one's really interested in justice.

And these people could not be any dumber. Our very own Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet wanted DLC Mary Tokar fired immediately, but someone had to tell Bradstreet that public sector is different than private sector, and there are rules. Our own Labor Commissioner didn't know how her own game is played, yet these are the morons who are appointed. Spring time is coming up; let's hope that someone prints out a couple pages of this blog to give to the senators who are in charge of her political appointment.

What would happen if Badstreet, Bradshaw, Fryer, Culbeaux, & Holton were in charge of the DMV.....

Several months ago, I asked a certain jackass as to why the DLSE has failed to post overtime, commission, and vacation supplemental attachments to the wage claim website, since Labor Commissioner Jackass Badstreet wants "perfected" claims to adhere to the effing she received in the Corrales decision. To this date, Badstreet hasn't done sh*t to comply with Corrales: she's about as useless as pearls on a pig....oops, sorry Angela.

To this date, the A-holes have ignored my request in improving customer service to those filing claims related to vacation, commisions & overtime...like it affects the one supplying the helpful hint. This is about her absolute failure in taking care of the People of California, but since employers don't use these supplemental forms, and our Division has been staffed with pro-employer political appointee butt-licks, there isn't much hope that an employee will get the kind of customer service that employers receive.

The A-holes have continued to ignore this issue, even though I also raised this issue when that other jackass, Lupe Almaraz, gave his dipsh*t atta-girl/atta-boy speech at the 2006 Van Nuys Wage Claim training (that really wasn't training). Here's a hint, management losers-don't tell me that you appreciate my work: just shut your mouths (no one wants to hear your crapola) and do what's in the best interest of the Division, not your careers. I've never met a bigger bunch of candy-assed losers in my life.

Lupe Almaraz retires, DLC III exam in LA, Supervisor's retreat meeting in Nor Cal, info request on Culbeaux & Baker

DLSE Deputy Chief Lupe Almaraz sent Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet his resignation letter; he's set to go away on 12/31/2007. At the end of the day, he did nothing for this department except spike his retirement paycheck...once again, screwing over the taxpayers! After Lupe's gone, ain't nobody named to be in charge of Wage Claims. It would be nice to see Nance Steffen come back as the Wage Claim Assistant Chief, but she's only going to get the blessing of staff by removing Regional Manager Abigael Calva's taxpayer-paid commute vehicle from Calva's possession.

The taxpayers don't need to pay for Calva's commute. CASE IN POINT: her lazy ass, having a state vehicle assigned to her, made Deputy Labor Commissioner Bruce Broadwater drive from Santa Ana to Los Angeles to discuss an item of importance. He had to use his car & his mileage even though the state gives her a vehicle of her own. Normally, if state auditors would ask WTF(?) she does with her car, she'd tell them that as Regional Manager, she's responsible for all these offices in So Cal...total bullsh*t. Her lazy ass goes nowhere and makes her staff come to her. Typical, lazy, bureaucratic, cow.

The recent Deputy Labor Commissioner III (DLC 3) exam came down to So Cal. Here's my prediction: they will pass & pick whoever they want to pass & pick because these assholes do not know how to keep themselves in check. Ferchrist, the State Personnel Board provides no oversight, and even when the California Supreme Court provides their oversight in their Corrales decision, Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet does nothing to Greg Rupp-the whore (at the time) for Jose Millan who screwed over all those wage claimants & violated their due process. These douchebags cannot self-regulate, and we're supposed to think that they'll righteously promote someone from a merit-based exam? They can't (even) follow laws, much less policies.

Last but not least, the desk donkies wasting money from the taxpayer's bank accounts opened the spigot for the supervisor's meeting in Nor Cal (11/04-06/2007). Now, these money wasters justified expeditures like video conferencing in offices so that they can hold meetings via video conferences. Why must they waste more money on airline tickets, lodging, meals, and time? We need computer software like Adobe Acrobat and scanners, but these money wasters sit around for three days, butt-kiss, and bray like an old goat about how to make the system worse. Bend over taxpayer, and try to exhale gently.

I have a contact who's looking into CMS, and I need the names of people who have details about Culbeaux, Baker, et al. Specifically, I need names and phone numbers because that's what the reporter needs. Mail it to: T. Zatori, PO Box 26212, Austin, TX 78755. Copies of anything can be sent here, and I will scan them and post them for all to see (like the examination fraud investigation). It will be forwarded to me. I don't want the names posted here, as they will be targeted for retaliation. If you want the truth to come out about CMS, computer contracting, Culbeaux, and Baker, then this is your opportunity to point truth-seekers in the right direction.

Last year Jim Culbeaux from the IT Department and Dan Nishijima both managers solicited questions from certain individuals with the intent to promote. One such individual named Jefferey Seeman came forward and exposed them. Other individuals such as Jose Nevarez, Jackie Chang and others benefited from these exams.

Did the IT Department loose two employees because of those exams? I heard there were two employees who quit cause they could not tolerate all that is going on here at DIR.

There are heavy staff turnover at the DIR IT Unit under the management of Jim Culbeaux and Dan Nishijima. This is unusual for state. These two managers committed fraud in conducting promotional exams and have been caught. This issue is not resolved by any means.

Now, these managers also have an obligation to forward any allegation(s) for investigation. So this begs the question, what has Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet done with these allegations? Is she going to sweep them under the rug, just like dumbshit Regional Manager Abigael Calva protecting Hearing Officer Vicki Tamoush (all these years) with complaints made against her?

Fish stink from the head, or so the Japanese saying goes. It was bad enough (at Wage Claims) when the bosses took DLC Mary Tokar out of rotation, and then DLC Chopra unexpectedly passed. The DLSE's band-aid approach was to remove DLC Sal Trujillo from the Retaliation Unit and to transfer DLC Chopra's cases to him. Mr. Trujillo will not be assuming DLC Chopra's case load, as he is leaving DLSE and gave notice to supervisor Jorge Gomez on 09/28/07. So what do the management clowns do now?

Your guess is as good as mine. We have a United States president, dedicated to killing soldiers in the name of democracy but really for oil. The taxpayers are footing the bill at the current rate of +/-$12 billion per month for soldiers to come back injured or dead, yet we cannot have a normal healthcare or educational system in the (supposed) greatest nation in the world. The War on Terror is just as effective as our War on Drugs. I see a lot of connection between this Bush administration and our very own GAS puppets. Jones, Bradshaw, Rea, Baker, Culbeaux & Rupp: even Bradstreet claims to be a Democrat but with rich people, there's only one green priority: you either have it or you don't. People who have a lot of green don't want to lose it and generally want to keep it. In my book, Bradstreet might as well be a Republican: she was appointed by one, she seems to jam employees they way owners do, and she's faithfully represented management in the private sector.

These GAS morons will not do the right thing and make things better in the Santa Ana office; they will only make it worse. This is why Labor Commissioner Bradstreet sent us that dipshit rah-rah, hang-in-there cheerleading memo about CMS. Whatever solution they devise for DLC Chopra's caseload, you can bet the solution will be just as genius as those responsible with solving it: Angela Bradstreet, Lupe Almaraz, Abigael Calva, and Jorge Gomez: put your little heads together and stop the bleeding in the DLSE Santa Ana Wage Claims office.

What the heck is going on with Jim Culbeaux, Dan Hishijima, Jeff Seeman, CMS, and DLSE-Nor Cal? Do these comments "concern" Bradstreet?

Here's a little something that those turds attorneys in OD-Legal can corroborate, but the theory on OD-Legal investigations is similar to the theory on mushroom growth: feed them bullshit and keep them in the dark. Let's see if these morons can initiate, facilitate, and consumate an honest investigation that would benefit the taxpayers of California. Comment #1) Jim Culbeaux was hired at DIR as a student assistant by his sister Christine Baker. Christine was head of the IT Department, that at the time, was small, and was part of the Division of Labor Statistics and Research (DLSR). Jim Culbeaux majored in Forestery and has absolutely no knowledge in the computer industry. Christine Baker has ties to corrupt senators and politicians and has used this influence to push for Jim Culbeaux's promotions over the years. Jim Culbeaux was promoted to Data Processing Manager IV (DPM IV) when other Departments with much bigger and larger operations such as CalTrans did not have their Chief Information Officers above the DPM III level. Comment #2) Here's news from Nor Cal. I heard that last year Jim Culbeaux held exams for the Systems Software Specialist series I, II and III. Prior to the exams Jim Culbeaux and his accomplice Dan Nishijima asked certain individuals what questions they could answer so as to ask those same questions at the exams. As predicted only the individuals with advance knowledge of the questions made it to the lists. One such individual named Jeff Seeman was insulted by the offer and the outcome and thought is was unfair to the other individuals taking the exams and came forward and turned Jim Culbeaux and Dan Nishijima in. The exams were abolished and are being held again this time by the SPB. However nothing has been done to the perpetrators of this crime namely Jim Culbeaux and Dan Nishijima. Comment #7) In regards to the comments above. I can bet Jim Culbeaux was not given a reprimand. He maintains strong ties to the insurance industry, Labor, Management and UC Berkeley. Jim Culbeaux's sister, Christine Baker of Committee on Health and Safety at DIR, funds many UC Berkeley studies, thru DIR funds. These studies can be skewed to suit the insurance industry, the AFL-CIO and others that Christine has connections and in return for favors for DIR.
