Newly-installed puppet Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet is beginning to look like a joke of a leader manager

Problems are not being solved, priorities are not being shifted, personnel are still screwing the system, the DLSE culture is (still) all about ass kissing, and the public is (still) suffering as a result of Angela Bradstreet just keeping things the way they are.
It should have been clear that someone appointed by the republican GAS administration will always possess the mentality of a pro-employer, screw-the-employee, and enact policies that violate the law and the US Constitution. In this case, it doesn't matter whether or not Angela Bradstreet is a registered democrat; that's just window dressing. We have a very wealthy democratic (I'm fairly certain she's not renting in Saulsalito) whose background was in a prestigious law firm that represented employers & management.
Employers hold the bags of gold, not the employees. There's no money in representing employees, but if Exxon, Halliburton, or Wal Mart needs outside legal representation...there's that cha-ching sound. It makes sense that a republican administration would install a democrat who supports a republican agenda. In this case, it's not a stretch to assume that a pro-employer/anti-employee attorney would support the governor's pro-employer/anti-employee agenda. Livadas, Cuadra, Murphy, & Corrales only show me that republican agendas lose big in court. Angela should have no problem fitting in with John Rea, Vicky Bradshaw, Robert Jones, Greg Rupp, Jose Millan, and Abigael Calva

I agree with you, Angela Bradstreet is coming to a fast conclusion of her "probationary period" as the new Labor Commissioner. Although Marcy Saunders didn't last very long she did meet with the rank and file and made at least one change that really helped the division. She made management change from considering all of the claims against one defendant as one claim. This was a Pete Wilson ruse to make it look as though we were handling fewer claims then we were actually handling. What Marcy did was a great assistance to the wage claims deputy's because a deputy could actually receive hundreds of claims and it was only counted as one claim. It was totally unfair to the deputy that was on the receiving end of this type of claims handling management. There are lots of things that could be done which would help the division run smoother if Angela would take the time to meet with the people who work for her and viewed what we are doing. So far it doesn't seem as if she gives a dam about what we think or what we are doing.

Get rid of Holton and things will change for the better. Holton is evil and DIR has gone downhill since she came on the scene.

Rea was seen this week at the IS Department in Oakland. Rea has an office that Culbeau gave him in the IT Department in Oakland, so Rea keeps quite about CMS.

How is that Rea is still at Oakland? He should be in Sacramento defending Bradshaw from corruption.

I do not know what the heck you guys are talking about but Culbeaux keeps bragging that he did not have anything to do with CMS and that this was all DLSE managements idea/fault and that he had warned them about it.

Jim Culbuex is called the Slick Jimmy, Smooth Operator. He is deeply involved in the awarding of the millions of dollars contracts for every of the non functional IT systems at the DIR, but he is never been held accountable!!!

THIS WHERE THE JOKE IS AT THE DIR.

How about taking care of department's enforcement biz?

Shutter Wal-Mart at 732 Center Drive, San Marcos, Cal (N. San Diego County). A multi-agency sweep is recommended consisting of ICE, US / State Labor, US / State DOJ Criminal division, US EEOC/State FEHA, Consumer, DEA. This is where the world has been turned upside down and in reverse. Right has become wrong and wrong has become right. Ruled by a multi-ethnic-gender enclave. This is where hell meets the undeceased. Would you accept our humble call for relief and help?
