The comments below the Bradstreet post are the highest on record...much anger at this regime
Angela Bradstreet, Dean Fryer, Jim Culbeaux, CMS, Tony Mischel, Robert Jones, Victoria Bradshaw, Greg Rupp, Vanessa Holton, Steve McGinty, Richard Munoz, John Rea, Lupe Almaraz, Jose Millan are merely tools of a corrupt regime. These are the same people that fired Miles Locker, have attacked the blogger, pumped millions into that CMS software abortion, kept hearing officer Vicki Tamoush employed, and promoted pimped out for Hartwig decision Denise Padres from a DLC II to DLC VI (Deputy Chief). I'm sure there are more boot-lickers, whose sole focus is never the job they're paid to do, but to suck up and get promoted to the next job, more power, more prestige, more power, more prestige.Vicki Bradshaw won the battle over meal & rest periods; her idiot boss bent over for the special interests, and they were going to win the battle permanently until the California Supreme Court stepped in. They could easily stop fighting Miles and return him to public service, but these public servants don't do their job, they spend time targeting people. Vicki, John, Robert all wanted Miles gone, so what happened? Miles went. These public servants serve out their private vendettas using public funds and no one cares. The Bureau of State Audits (http://www.bsa.ca.gov/) doesn't do anything, the Attorney General's office won't do squat, so no one's really interested in justice. And these people could not be any dumber. Our very own Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet wanted DLC Mary Tokar fired immediately, but someone had to tell Bradstreet that public sector is different than private sector, and there are rules. Our own Labor Commissioner didn't know how her own game is played, yet these are the morons who are appointed. Spring time is coming up; let's hope that someone prints out a couple pages of this blog to give to the senators who are in charge of her political appointment.

It's like the baseball steroid scandal. We have our Roger Clemens types and our Andy Petitt types (which are probably more rare). And those two consider each other friends and "good men". So to say "they could easily" do something like give up fighting Miles is like saying the players could have all decided amoungst themselves to tell the truth right in the middle of the last season. Resolvoing this is way more complex than may be realized. It's going to take a lot of truth telling and letting go of inuendo and hate now.

THANKS TO THIS BLOG.
THIS BLOG SITE IS THE RESULT OF DIRt THAT HAS ABUSED EMPLOYEES FOR YEARS. HUMAN BEINGS CAN ONLY BE TREATED LIKE DUMB ANIMALS FOR SO MANY YEARS BEFORE ANARCHY SETS IN.
DIRt IS IN CONFLICT WITH IT'S OWN MANDATE, THAT IS TO PROTECT EMPLOYEES FROM DISCRIMINATION AND UNFAIR, UNSAFE WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. THEY HAVE SET A PATTERN OVER THE YEARS OF DISCRIMINATORY PROMOTIONS OF families, HIRING families AND FIRINGS non-family related employees BASED ON how far you can bend over.
AN EXAMPLE OF THE LATTER IS THE FIRING OF MILES AND THE ONGOING COURT BATTLE WITH THE BLOGGER.
THIS BLOG EXPLAINS WHY GOOD COMPETENT EMPLOYEES LEFT THIS SHITHOLE AND ALL IS LEFT AT DIRt ARE A BUNCH OF FUCKED UP NO GOOD ASSHOLES.
That's good that Dean Fryer is out of here. Can't beleive to what lengths he'd go to prostitute for his pimps. Dean Fryer has been posting all kinds of accusations, allegations and innuendo to make DIRt look good.
The point about Clemens isn't about any single person and the effect on them if they are perfectly honest and somehow get caught up in someone else's balony. The analogy is that if there are 15 people in DIR management, all of whom MAY be guilty to a greater or lesser degree of something which has been harmful to the tax payers and DIR as a whole, it IS NOT SIMPLE for them to collectively get together and undo something such as stopping a fight agains Miles Locker or any other controversial and possibly misguided effort. Even if some of them are like Petitt who obviously feels bad about what he did, admitted to it and apologized for it publically, made it clear that he likes Roger Clemens as a friend, etc. they still would not want to do open up and make amends unless they felt compelled to under oath as Petitt obviously did. Then Roger gets up there and says he believes his honest and good friend Andy Petitt completely misunderstood what they talked about regarding using steroids in previous years. So the team-DIR management is a mix of people, all wanting to keep their jobs and have low stress, some of which are less honest than others. That's the point for those smart enough to get the analogy. It's not a simple thing to change when it's a bureuacratic culture issue. It's going to take time and effort. Honesty and good questions. Staying away from personal attacks or other diversionary stuff. Worthless. The venting isn't important if there is progress being made.
Really, in this day and age, why would any normal person care about another's sexual preference? I don't care who you're tapping, I only care about who I'm tapping.
Part of the confusion/retardation is if sexual bias occurs, one way or the other. People should not make employment decisions (hire, fire, promote, demote) based on sexuality--one way or the other.
If Almaraz and Rupp banded together to make exclusionary employment decisions based on sexual preference, then something should be done. Conversely, if Bradstreet and Kennedy banded together to make exclusionary employment decisions based on sexual preference, then something should be done. It a state as progressive as California, it's sad & pathetic where people in power make decisions based on heterosexual or homosexual preferences.
