Santa Ana Deputy Labor Commissioner refused business cards; so far, no one charged, arrested, or disciplined for taxpayer-paid CMS millions-$ thievery

These are the official fecal matters of DIR, DLSE, and LWDA: Richard Munoz, Anthony Mischel, Vanessa Holton, Steve McGinty, Angela Bradstreet, John Rea, John Duncan, Robert Roginson, Robert Jones, Victoria Bradshaw: otherwise known as the Feces 10.  Most are lackey lawyers or political appointees, thus adding to their stink.
They do nothing to the guilty parties of CMS, the taxpayer-paid, multi-million dollar abortion that's officially listed as junk.  Not one *sshole has been charged/disciplined with that fiasco, but some DLC cannot order business cards because there's no money to pay for them.  No oversight, no accountability, and certainly no responsibility taken for CMS.  Not one of Feces 10 will provide any real numbers as to the true cost of CMS to the taxpayer.  The Feces 10 will continue to do what they do best, collect their paychecks, stink up the joint, and provide a disservice to the taxpayers of California
All these fecal matters do is wait for the Golden Bear to crap into their direct deposit accounts once a month; that pretty much sums up their usefulness to the taxpayers of California.

The state of California has oversight bodies to look into this kind of waste or fraudulent expenditure such as CMS project. In my opinion, these oversight bodies do not know that the CMS project has cost DIR over $6 million and it a total failure.

CMS has made the people in the Governors office, the LWDA, the Directors office and Jim Culbeaux rich. And these folks give the middle finger to the tax-payer again.

What is going on at DIR sounds like the story here http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/n/a/2008/05/06/national/w104120D63.DTL. They too were responsible to protect the people they abuse.

IT IS AMAZING THAT LAST MONTH, THE HEARING OFFICERS IN THE SOUTHERN REGION COMMUTED TO LA IN ORDER TO HAVE ONE HOUR OF TRAINING BY THE LEGAL STAFF. THIS COST THE STATE $14/HR FOR PARKING, MILEAGE AND THE LOSS OF WORK TIME. NOW THEY ARE TELLING DEPUTIES THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE FUNDING FOR BUSINESS CARDS. WHAT THE F_______K IS HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The State can save $144,200 a year by by getting rid of Bob Jones, the Deputy Secretary for Enforcement at the Labor and Work Farce Agency. He's an enforcer, just like Tony Soprano. His confirmation hearing is scheduled for May 14. The Senate Rules Committee needs to send that jackass packing.

The names of the people responsible for the CMS fiasco are no secret, DLSE and IT managers These people are either foolish and incompetent, or they had other motives in awarding the $6 million dollar CMS project contract. Obviously, some people benefitted handsomely when the taxpayers of California lost millions.

My spies up North have told me that this Jim Culbeaux and Dean Fryer have a special relationship.

Jim Culbeaux who has been on the exam panel for the Staff Services Manager I and II positions leaked all the questions to Dean Fryer a couple a years back when Dean Fryer took the exam.

Dean Fryer is now repaying the debt. What a bunch of scum.

Hey come on now. We all knew that Jim Culbeaux and Dean Fryer were thieves didn't we? Will they ever be thrown in jail?

That explains how the flunkie Dean Fryer got his SSM I position. Dean got all the questions ahead of time from the cheat Jim Culbeaux. Guess what??? Jim Culbeaux and his accomplice Dan Nishijima passed out the questions to the IT classification exams, too. This caused the IT Department to loose some of its very talented people.

This bastard Jim Culbeaux really needs to be thrown in jail.
