Wage Claim screw-ups, Part 612

Recently, a taxpayer wanted a copy of the audio of a hearing. Turns out, we lost it. So some news agency contacts DLSE supervisor Jorge Gomez, who tells them that he cannot discuss the lost CD-rom and directs them to contact HQ. So they call HQ, and now sh*t rolls downhill back to Jorge! I guess Jorge can't get out of his own way, because I'm sure Regional Manager Abigael Calva was thrilled to hear about another Santa Ana screw-up.
DLSE managers are nothing but morons, idiots, and jackasses. Do you know how easy it is to back up a CD-rom? Takes about 5 minutes. You burn the CD-rom to the hard drive, and then you can make tons of copies from the hard drive, but not one idiot manager figured this out during any one of their idiot manager meetings. There should be no excuse for this kind of malfeasance, and heads should roll. Instead, the taxpayer will get screwed, the news agency will get the brush off, and the managers will protect themselves.
DLSE serving the taxpayer, ONE ENEMA AT A TIME!

My father has been in politics for several years. He said that Christine Baker, Jim Culbeaux's sister, is one of the most self serving and corrupt person he had known. One can be sure that any politician that is seen around Christine Baker or attends any of her meetings is corrupt.

It one needs to make an allegation against Jim Culbeaux, just hold him responsible for the failure of several DIR initiated computer projects that he has been in charge including the CMS system.

As far as I know, the CMS is a costly 6million dollars failed project that Jim Culbeaux and his co-hurts signed on and were in charge of its development. Also, the possibilities of kick backs to these DIR IT managers have to be investigated as well. I can not believe this is just bunch of incompetent and informed IT managers achievements.

Folks next time you see Jim Culbeaux please notice his duck walk. John Rea and more recently Fryer have been busy on Culbeaux while he does Rea's lawn mowing.

Hi: I have worked at DIR IT for a while. I have no problem being here. The work is minimal. My boss mostly needs me to hold on to his supervisor position. He needs three persons or more to be supervisor. I work on the 10/80 schedule. It lets me literally go to work in my pajamas and go to toilet and make tea etc. at work.

Most of my other co-workers also say it is good place as there is very little work.

Who is this guys post comments like this "Honestly, you are becoming the laughing stock of governmental bureaucracy with your sub-standard performance in DLSE"

What a joke, look at the performances of the managers at DLSE and IT. After all, who is responsible for the costly CMS fiasco? Mr. Lotts ?

No it is people like Rupp, Bradshaw, Culbeaux, Jones, and others exposed on this site.

The Labor Commissioner's office in Santa Ana has 23 employees, 5 men and eighteen women. Jorge likes it this way. On the seventh floor they actually installed an additional women's rest room to accommodate this disparage. Being a woman, I would rather work with the guys instead of women because they are not nearly as petty or whining as the women are. All of the deputy one women cherry pick their cases and Jorge lets them get away with it. Bruce and Chris are getting screwed every day and they are really good guys for putting up with it. On occasion they have threatened to go to the Department of Fair Employment and Housing but have never followed through with it. When they complain about the cherry picking, the girls slack off on it for a while but they can't control themselves. Within two or three weeks they are back at it again. One time Bruce told Jorge that Nita was cherry picking the cases. He said he would have a talk with her. She told him that she was actually picking commission cases so she could learn how to handle them better. Jorge bought this nonsense hook line and sinker.

Dean Fryer stop prostituting for the pimps. The way you are operating right now for the pimps it has ruined your posture and given you "monkey butt" - a red, inflamed and broken-out ass.

Dean Fryer the pimps at DIRt let you get away with criminal activity and selling real estate on state time. Its about time you turn yourself in Dean Fryer and receive the appropriate disciplinary action and jail time.

The ineptitudes, favoritisms, nepotisms, wasteful conducts, and fraud by the DIR DLSE and IS managers have to be exposed. The California taxpayers deserve that. This site does a good job in uncovering these kinds of conducts by the people like, Rae, Fryer, Culbeaux, Jones, Bradstreet, Holton, Clements, and other corrupt DIR manager.

Keep up the GOOD work………….

Who is this ananymous guy concerned about this blogger misuse of state times. He/she needs to be reminded of the millions wasted on failed projects. The fraud and misappropriation of state money is a routine practice by DIR managers.

Remember CMS!

Dean Fryer you don't scare anyone here. Bring it on fat boy. The DOJ is already aware of DIRt's corruption and has turned a blind eye to it in the past. It is time DOJ gets involved and exposes the fraud, retaliation, discrimination, abuse of power by DIRt management. JAIL TIME IS APPROPRIATE FOR DIRt MANAGEMENT.

PLEASE GET DOJ INVOLVED - YOU WILL BE DOING US A BIG FAVOR. THANK YOU!!!

Dean Fryer, looks like you must be hurting. Real Estate sales are bad? Come now admit that you've been selling real estate on state time. We will then move forward.

Dean Fryer with this comment I am advising all bloggers to ignore your comments and not respond to them.

I am also advising CL to remove all your comments here. It is inappropriate for management to participate in this blog.

The only purpose this blog was created was to expose DIRt fraud, corruption, abuse of power, retaliation, discrimination ...

TO: Culbeau and Fryer

Call a truce from your meaningless skits/scripts. Do something meaningful to break the boredom; join to ID illegal aliens employed inside DLSE. You suspect who they are. Publish names of the deadbeats and the corrupt among them right here. Let ICE do the rest to make the work environment less hostile and more efficient.

It looks like that the DIR management has ordered its sly, incompetents deputies whom their name are mentioned here frequently to post personal and hateful comments to distract the main reasons for having this site to expose waste and fraud at DLSE and IT.

They want to cover their wasteful and fraudulent conducts. The CMS as being one of the last failed ventures. Why the State audit agency has not yet investigated CMS.
