Violate the United States Constitution, and Governor Schwarzenegger promotes you in his administration: now it's Lupe Almaraz

(click pic to enlarge) I don't think that Governor Schwarzenegger would make a very good President; he promotes and appoints people who cannot follow the United States Constitution. Whenever a court says that they violated the US Constitution, they get promoted in a Schwarzenegger government. Schwarzenegger doesn't give two sh*ts about the People of California; otherwise, his little acting brain and his little idiot advisors would do much better than Pete Wilson flunkies.
Recently, Lupe Almaraz, the guy who tried to violate the blogger's constitutional rights, recently moved up the food chain (and I quote), "Guadalupe Almaraz, 55, of Bakersfield, has been appointed chair of the Agricultural Labor Relations Board. He has worked for California state government for more than 30 years. Since 2005, Almaraz has served as deputy chief labor commissioner for the division of labor standards enforcement for the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). He previously worked in various capacities for the division of labor standards enforcement for DIR from 1981 to 2005 and 1977 to 1980 including senior deputy labor commissioner, hearing officer and deputy labor commissioner I. Prior to that, Almaraz served as a consultant for the Department of Fair Employment and Housing from 1980 to 1981. This position requires Senate confirmation and the compensation is $132,179. Almaraz is a Democrat."
This constitution-violating turd (just like Vicky Bradshaw's Livadas constitutional violation) just received a political appointment as a promotion for being Vicki Bradshaw's cabana boy, or was maybe he only did Robert Jones' bidding. Well, the turd never fulfilled his promise: he said that I would be fired if I didn't accept his & Jones' bullsh*t settlement back in February, 2007. I'm still here, turds. $132,000 a year. That ain't chicken feed. Just took a peek at the ALRB website. It looks like they issued 7 decisions last year. That's just a little under $20,000 per decision per Board member. I imagine each Board member must spend around 10 hours discussing and deciding to approve each decision (they don't write 'em, they have lawyers to do that sort of work). OK, so that works out to.... a little under $2,000 an hour for a very, very part-time job. Can't accuse Jonesy and Queen Victoria of not taking care of their constitution trashing underlings. This is an even better deal than what Denise got for signing the Precedent Decision. Sort of sickening news, the day after we're told that California is $14.5 billion in the hole.

I know for a fact that all government is not like this, but it is starting to worry me that a lot of it may be. The State of California is going broke. So let's promote the people that lost six or seven million dollars on the failed CMS program and then buried it somewhere where no one will find it. Let's promote the people that wasted thousands of dollars, fighting break and meal period wages, trying to make them a penalty so this administration could satisfy the California Chamber of Commerce, without any regard for the employees whom they are suppose to be protecting. The sad part about this failure is that it has penetrated our division from one end to the other. Let's promote a Chinese girl that is scared of her own shadow, to a three position and starts a war over micro wave oven. How about promoting a Korean girl to a three position, and then the job is such a nightmare, because she is no kind of leader, that she loses her mind? Or maybe a Philippine girl to a three position who moves to Norwalk so she can be closer to the state mental hospital that she feels she may need their services in the near future. And let's promote a Japanese girl to a four position and cut a sweetheart deal with her that she never has to do any public speaking. The bad news is all of those situations have occurred. What would be wrong with having promotional testing that actually tested people on their ability to manage other people and get the work done. That might save the State a few bucks.

Lupe's only qualification to chair anything is his ability to sit. He's the kind of idiot that wonders where his lap went when he stands up. CMS, Corrales, and Murphy are mirrors to his idiocy/legacy. Did anyone catch in the governor's press release that Schwarzenegger didn't say boo about Lupe's education? "Almaraz" is pig-latin for "uneducated, backstabbing, assucking bilingual sellout"

Muscle Brain (Arnold Schwarzenegger,) is no better in wasting taxpayer money. He has done it before with the promotions of Robert Jones, Jose Millan, Dean Fryer etc. he is now promoting Vicki Bradshaw's cabana boy, Lupe Almaraz, who's next? Perhaps one of the CMS masterminds and biggest "taxpayer squanderer" of them all Jim Culbeaux?

To anonymous above: Don't forget that pimp John Rea. Rea's been ramming that Jim Culbeaux ass for years while rewarding Culbeaux by letting him waste millions -- CMS, WCIS, EDEX, EAMS, you name it. And now that Culbeaux's ass is busted so much so that he actually walks funny. Guess what? Rea gets a promotion.

Is this guy Jim Culbeaux for real as described in this site. I knew, there are rampant incompetence and disonesty among State's managers, but this guy is something else!

What is exactly CMS suppose to do for DLSE?
I assume this is an automated system and if it doesn't function, who is responsible for its failure, and how much resouces were wasted ??

CMS is over. It is going to be an abortion after all the years and money that has been spent. Management has finally realized that it not going to work. What is sad is that the Licensing Unit will be stuck with it.

Is anyone going to held responsible for the CMS failure and millions of taxpayers money wasted. It seems obvious that the DIR IT guys mainly Jim Culbeaux and company didn't do their jobs, or worst recieved kick backs from private consultants.

Christine Baker and her brother Jim Culbeaux together not counting all the scams (exam etc.) they run, cost this state over a million a year, in salary and kick-backs.

Arnold Schwarwenegger is the person responsible for wasting millions taxpayers money by keeping these morons around; He then wants the taxpayers to bail him out using bonds so that he can fund more projects and morons like the failed CMS,EDEX,WCIS etc. systems and the morons like Angela Bradstreet, Robert Jones, John Rea, Vanessa Holton, Jim Culbeaux, Christine Baker, John Duncan, Dean Fryer, Vicki Bradshaw, Jose Millan. Can you imagine the amount of money that is used to pay their salaries and perks in return for doing nothing or lowering the productivity of other hard-working state individuals that do work?

I am glad that you added John Duncan to the list of incompetence. He is also another one of Wilson's appointees that returned during this administration. He had a lot to do with Vanessa's promotions when he was Director after Lloyd left.
