"America's Sheriff" has a lot of parallels with this agency Greg Rupp...not in a good way

Being a cop takes a lot of responsibility and one must hold themselves to a high degree of accountability. DLSE Assistant Chief Greg Rupp is a sworn peace officer in California, but you'd never know it by his actions. He bends over for his (former) boss Jose Millan and then proceeds to screw every California wage claimant during the time described in the Corrales decision.
But just as in the red flags seen before Mike Carona's downfall, there were red flags in Greg Rupp's history with the DLSE. This peace officer, sworn to uphold the law, went after this clerk named Rowene Diaz. He went after her with such malice that the DLSE decided to settle her lawsuit secretly. After that, the DLSE promoted him.
It seems that the DLSE rewards assholes managers like Greg Rupp because of the frequency that he bends over for them. Loyalty goes a long way in this agency; not only must you leave your fingerprints at the scene, but you must also erase your boss's fingerprints. In any event, the division keeps people like Greg Rupp on the payroll, because it seems that after all, they serve a purpose.
In the end, it is the taxpayers who suffer because it's the taxpayers who got shafted in the monetary lawsuit settlement with Rowene, and it is the taxpayers who got shafted with Corrales.

We have got to give the crown to Jim Culbeaux for yet another fucked up project -- CMS.

This Culbeaux is here because his corrupt sister Christine Baker sneaked him in. The guys been bending over ever-since he was hired.

We now have all the gays that Arnold Schwarwenegger hired to DIR and DLSE using this Culbeaux so much so that he now walks with his feet sideways. Anyone notice???

Guess what??? DIR has this reputation of openly fixing exams and they know that nobody can stop them including their counterparts at the State Personnel Board. So based on this anyone wanna guess who's gonna be selected for being the best bend over, for our upcoming exams.

Maybe the folks from Nothern California IT Unit based on their experience in the exams with this Jim Culbeaux bendover may wanna guess.

It seems that the Department of Industrial Realations has made mockery out of the civil service exams process. Its recent DLSE, IT division conducts are good examples of how corrupt this exams processes have become at DIR.

The State Personnel Board or other responsible State agencies need to investigate these illegal conducts.

There is another computer project going at DIR for the Workers Comp. Division. The cost for this computer system is tens of millions of taxpayers money.

Guess who is managing this project? Yes, DIR IT Division under the supervision of Mr. Culbeaux and his cronies!
