What an achievements for the management of DLSE division and the DIR IT unit!
The sad irony is that the hard working staff of DLSE will get the blames for these failures. The DLSE staff can not serve the public because of a non-functioning CMS computer system and it a bad stain for all of DIR.
It appears that Vicki Tamoush is being primed to be a key witness against you at this upcoming trial in June. Could this be Vicki's payback for you bringing to everyones attention the fact that she has delayed the hearings of hundreds of Spanish speaking claimants in order to make her school teacher freind Mindy mucho money. All management has to do in order to prove that Vick Tamoush has intentionally delayed spanish speaking hearings in order to enrich her friend Mindy is to go back and audit her hearing schedules for summer, spring and winter breaks. It's that easy. Of course, if they can persuade Vicki to testify against you, all is forgiven. Everyone in the Santa Ana office knows Vicki is a liar and cannot be trusted. Management has found the perfect witness!!!!!
GREAT MEMO! IF THE BLOGGER OR HIS LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE CONTACTS ANY DLSE EMPLOYEES IT MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO MANAGEMENT. ON THE OTHER HAND IF ANY EMPLOYEES ARE CONTACTED BY DLSE LEGAL, THIS MUST BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL. THIS SOUNDS LIKE A MEMO PUT OUT BY "PUTIN", THE PREMIER OF RUSSIA. WILL THE KGB METHODS OF SECRECY AND THE PERSECTION OF DISIDENTS BE OUTLINED IN THE DLSE EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK SOON? AND HOW ABOUT THAT VICKI TAMOUSH! BEWARE!!!!!!!!
Hang in there blog boy! Remember the Chinese laid in front of tanks and the Berlin fall finally fell. Remember Humpney Jones sat on the wall and it is just a matter of time that Humpney Jones has a great fall!! A labor commissioner that can't be confirmed is a lame duck deputy commissioner. I wonder when Vicki Bradshaw is going to figure out that this guy is a liability rather than an asset to the division?
You have to remember that Vicki Tamoush is a freind of your arch enemy,Diane Chen.Knowing this, be ready to be broadsided by this bitch. Everyone in the Santa Ana and Los Angeles office knows Vicki Tamouch will deny and lie to get ahead. I'm sure she is more than ready to deliver your head on a platter in order for management to look the other way for her discriminatory actions against the hispanic community and the unjust enrichment of her freind Mindy.
This is indeed one sided. We will not keep quite if DLSE Legal contacts us about this blog. As we will indeed spread the word of the failure of CMS and management incompetence in DLSE and the IT unit in handling this project. Jones and Culbeux are a picture of failure.
Well, Well, Well. Court watchers indicate that Abbey testified today in court about how hurt their favorite snitch (Vicki Tamoush)was when she saw her name on the blog site. As stated previously on the blog site, they were right, Tamoush came forth as a witness against the blogger. How can she live with herself and better yet how does the staff in the Santa Ana office put up with her. It's obvious who the snitch in the Santa Ana office is. Staff beware, she will sell you out in a blink.
If Vicki Tamoush is related to Philip Tamoush, who is also a Civil Service Commission Hearing Officer, and, in that capacity, holds hearings on discharges and suspensions for people in civil service in Los Angeles, including, for example, the Department of Water and Power, then guess what?
It appears that Philip Tamoush worked for the Los Angeles Parking Tickets Adjudication folks at the same time that he was a Civil Service Commission Hearing Officer. He must have asked them if this was a conflict of interest. They must have told him no.
How could that be? After all, those parking ticket adjudication cases sometimes involve police officers as witnesses. And Tamoush's co-workers who adjudicate parking tickets are civil servants, aren't they?
And there may even have been civil servants who would come to contest parking tickets who came before Tamoush.
Seems like a big conflict of interest to have been working at a place where he would have witnesses who were civil servants and co-workers who were as well, and, at the same time, to be the Hearing Officer for the Civil Service Commission.
