This is incredible. Jones has defied the "Peter Principle". The Peter Principle is defined as a person who is promoted until he reaches his level of incompetency. In this case, everyone knows that Jones reached this level when he bcame acting Labor Commissioner. Since he has been unable to be confirmed as acting Labor Commissioner, the next best thing Bradshaw could do is promote this idiot. I give him credit for being able to defy the Peter Principle.
The insane have finally taken over the nut house. It just doesn't get any better than this. Jones f___s up a multimillion CMS project, which the taxpayers will eventually have to pay for, and then gets promoted. I am now waiting for the annoucement that Rupp has been promoted to Labor Commissioner. Help!! Anyone! Send in the National Guard.
The good news is Jones is gone, the bad news it could get worse. If Jones couldn't get senate comfirmation as the acting Labor Commissioner how the hell is he going to be confirmed as the LWDA Deputy Secretary. Oh well, I guess he can make a career out of being the "acting something" without confirmation.
