Why is the DIR Civil Rights Office using non-Civil Rights Office staff to conduct their investigation via email?

Why is the Civil Rights Office ordering a DLSE supervisor to ask questions about some employee asking about some other employee's car parked in an off-site location?....WTF???
Unless the car was spray-painted with racial/gender/nationality stuff pertaining to the Civil Rights Office, then I'm clueless as to why the Civil Rights Office is using non-Civil Rights Office personnel (the DLSE supervisor) to do their dirty work.
Once again, I present a DIR waste of time, resources, and money. This is Page 1 of 2.

I have to agree with you. What is the authority of the civil rights unit concerning Vicki Tamoush's fear that her car might possibly be vandalized in a public parking garage. Isn't this a criminal matter that should be dealt with by the local police. Secondly, why is Jim Jackson being investigated and slandered in the public eye rather than behind closed doors. I believe their is some liability concerning the approach of this investigation. What proof or evidence has Tamoush submitted that would warrant an investigation in the first place. If the civil rights division would investigate Ms. Tamoush's background they would discover that Tamoush has filed numerous complaints with the senior of the office, George Gomez, and none have been supported by fact. Tamoush has filed so many complaints against Bruce Broadwater that he finally threatened her with a civil law suit for harrassment. I do believe I smell another law suit against the division. I would suggest Miles, Broadwater,Jackson and Lott hire Mark Rosen,Atty and file a class action suit against the division. Someone has to get the attention of upper management and it seems the only way to do this is through the courts. Chris Lott appears to be doing an excellent job in the courts. Keep it up!!!!

This has to be a joke. Tamoush has been discriminating against the poor hispanics for years. Tamoush has a regular practice of holding back their wage claims for months at a time in order for her interpreter friend (Mindy),who is also a teacher, make money during her winter and spring breaks. Tamoush has whole months set aside for Spanish speaking claims and guess who the interpreter is. Bingo, Mindy!! That's alot of money at $45/hr. Why hasn't the civil rights unit investigated this travesty of justice.
All they have to do is exam Tomoush's hearing calendar for the past two years. Oh well, the hispanics get screwed again.
