Rumor has DLSE Asst. Chief Greg Rupp shredding documents like there's no tomorrow! What does this mean? Is he retiring or about to be sued?

Chances are that Rupp the Clown is about to come under scrutiny, so his response is (obviously) not to come clean and take responsibility, but to shred as much paper as he can and as fast as he can! Here's the thing: he sits at a computer and sleeps, so WTF is he shredding?
He has no life, so it's not like he's cleaning up his office because he's about to vacate it. Maybe this shredding is part of a new diet and exercise plan where he shreds documents instead of tacos. Whatever he's shredding, it's not like he'll be ble to recollect any of his memory, as his "I don't know" mantra has become a part of his professional testimonial.

Hey guys:

Anyone see this message when connecting to the DIRt website:

(Goto DWC website on the DIRt site then on left side click DWC forums then click Current forums. Jim Culbeaux-CIO unable to fix this for over 6 months.)

"The Department of Industrial Relations internet database servers and database driven functions are currently unavailable due to maintenance."

Jim Culbeaux and his sister Christine Baker bribe politicians like Don Perata and Fabian Nunez to get their way at DIRt. With millions of taxpayer dollars down the toilet on projects like CMS, it is absurd that Jim Culbeaux is still around. It just shows how the State of California is accountable to no one, and can keep extorting that state tax from one's paycheck to pay for these outrageous people.

There aren't much documents and forms are needed to be shredded by Rupp. The CMS system generated bunch of incorrect forms and letters. The Rupp guy can blame CMS for the mess!

I can't even guess what sorts of documents Rupp may have written or read in his position, asleep in front of his computer. You're telling me he holds some other position at DLSE? He must be shredding his back issues of Guns & Ammo magazine.

Greg Rupp, a monkey with absolutely no moral courage to do the right thing. Next time you're trimming your toe nails why don't you clip off your pea - sized nuts. You have been a disappointment along with Susan Nakagama Payne. Both of you do injustice to the People of California. If there is a justice system that works then may you both receive the full force of its righteous weight.

It is very important to inform the DLSE staff and the readers of this site that the further development (competition) of the CMS computer project has been halted by DIR.
The CMS project was initiated in 2005 by the DIR IT to be a centralized computer system for all of the divisions of DIR DLSE. The CMS project has cost the state between 4 to 6 million dollars in consulting fees to the private computer firm Hanson Group alone. All of the technical aspects of CMS project were researched, reviewed, and approved by the DIR IT managers and were presented to the DLSE managers for final approval. The CMS was scheduled to be completed in January 2007 and be used by all of DLSE.
After three years and millions in cost, the only functioning section of the CMS is the licensing part. The licensing Unit is a small unit of DLSE. In addition, the CMS Licensing system has no historical data and the staff has to rely on the previous computer system for their daily work. The other DLSE Units, BOFE, Wage Claims, and others have no access to CMS due to its non-functioning and failures.
It is of utter importance to inform the responsible State Agency to investigate and audit the expenditure on the uncompleted CMS project by DIR DLSE and DIR IT managers. The reasons for the failure of the CMS project should be identified and the responsible people have to hold responsible.
Being incompetence is no excuse for wasting State taxpayers money and receiving no consequences.
