Robert Jones was so much of a douchebag to be rejected of his political appointment, but he was a loyal bitch (female dog), so Blondie found him a job that doesn't require senate confirmation to the tune of $125,000+ per year. You know what he does? He sits on his fat ass while the California Bear craps into his direct deposit once a month. The taxpayers are footing that freebie, and Jones has nothing to show for his 8 hours of pay for 8 hours of work...that's the grift. The DLSE and DIR douchebags do not care about punitive damages, compensatory damages, or actual damges because it's not their money...it's the taxpayer's money. It's a bottomless pit for them to squander & waste. $100,000? Who cares! $450,000? Not mine! $10,000,000? Doesn't matter! After reading the claim I am both outraged and sad at what DIR Management,who are State Civil Servants, are doing to the blogger. At a time when our state's economy is a complete disaster, caused partially by hoards of unethical business owners who evade to law, this agency that is tasked with enforcing labor standards choses to harass, intimidate and attempt to wreak havoc on the life of a state worker, rather than focus on enforcing labor law. Do they care about the potential financial jeopardary they have placed this individual in? They are further adding to the downfall of our state- he has lost his job, and could lose his house, cars , etc. What if he has dependants who rely upon him financially? How is this good for anyone? SHAME ON YOU DIR!!!
Based on the facts Chris is entitled to minimum 3-4 million, possibly more, for discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Hope he has a good attorney.
