Dept. of Industrial Retaliation now blocking this blog?

Well, it's really no big surprise. Think of it this way, a rapist doesn't want his photo & rap sheet posted on the internet, so why would the DLSE express such joy in having their dirty secrets "outed?"

The best response to DLSE's blockade is to share. If you think it's worthwhile, then inform people of this website. Talk and email those that might make a difference: labor & employment attorneys, elected officials, advocacy groups, Senators, Assembly Members. Write down and share this internet address, letter for letter and dot for dot:

Yes, DIR is blocking this blog. It appears they are blocking it so we cannot communicate about the wasteful CMS system. It is slated to go live December 4th and DLSE has poured millions of dollars down the drain.

I heard they had everyone travel all over the state to enter cases and test this Hansen system, and no matter how much information we enter, this Hansen system spits out garbage about 99% of the time.

I have not heard about the San Francisco system, but this sounds very similar. It would be faster for me to type the whole document using Microsoft Word then to enter a case and get some meaningful result.
