Blogger's case is continued, Jorge Gomez & Abigael Calva personally-named in Whistleblower Retaliation suit-plus-secret leak of DLSE sickout memo

DIRt attorney Tony Mischel, while comfortable on the 6th floor, might not want to get too comfortable. The sooner the case is removed from the umbrella of Governor Gropenator, the sooner I can get a fair shake. Tony Mischel totally downplayed & minimized the whistleblower claims of CMS (fraud, waste, abuse) and the attempt to falsify the SPB's own Language Survey.
Unless DIRt is gonna promise Tony Mischel liposuction and a flabby-skin ectomy, I don't know why he'd do anything more than half-ass his legal work when Governor Grope-My-Breasts is jamming him with furloughs & pay reductions. Let Jorge Gomez & Abby Calva hire their own lawyers...unless they got their orders from hire up the food chain, their actions seemed very personal. Were they acting under orders-thus making DLSE liable, or did they go off the reservation and do their own thing?
Here's the memo that just came out...DLSE's afraid of a sickout on Wednesday, July 15th. Isn't Culbeaux the same clown that's responsible for the $10,000,000+ CMS computer software abortion? With regards to comments...please send the names of DIR employees who have knowledge of CMS' true cost overrun, payoffs, etcetera so we can prove up the financial abuse of those who have a responsible charge to the taxpayers...thanks

This memo is a joke, I think. It appears that paranoia is running rampant throughout management. They believe there is a job action to stay at home (blue flu) on this Wednesday. The only problem is, they are the only ones that know about it. They have gone completely wacko. They have f____d the rank and file out of 14% in wages and are now watching their backs. Little do they know that we don't have to have a sick out. We can slowly grind all the gears to a complete halt. I know of alot of employees who no longer give a shit about their work and this includes professionals as well as clerical. This is only the beginning phase as to how employees can fight back and it is going to get ugly.

Poor Jorge. His Santa Ana empire is falling apart as well as his hair. Let's summarize the actions Jorge has taken in the past year (1)one black secretary on 5% paycut for one year due to misuse of email (2)one black deputy being investigated for selling jewelry on her lunch time since she cannot survive on the 14% paycut (3)one deputy on (1) year probation due to adverse action for the misuse of email (4) DLC II dockded two weeks pay and adverse action for the misuse of email (5) three grievances filed against him with the union (6) three retaliation complaints filed with the union against him (7)discrimination complaint filed with DFEH against him and (8)whistle blower complaint filed against him personally. It appears that milk toast Jorge better stop taking orders from his female superiors every time he has to take a leak or he is going to lose his house and bank accounts as well as all his hair. A homeless man with a comb over is not a pretty sight. Jorge, go back to your wife and (3) daughters where you feel comfortable taking orders and abuse. By the way, good luck with your depositions, blog boys attorney is going to drill you a new asshole.

Let's not forget about Vickie Tamoose who falsified interpreter invoices and pissed off every attorney who entered her office and ultimately was transferred out of DIRt to the PUC.
And then there was another deputy who lost his job because a claimant lied about being in Missouri at the time of his scheduled wage conference when he was actually packing in Riverside!! Gomez chose to believe the liar instead of his own deputy!

Jim Culbeaux is the brain-child of the CMS failure and over 100 million wasted. If this were a private agency the man would be on the street the very next day. But at DIRt he is just handed anoyher project and more public money to trash.

As long as Jim Culbeaux continues to hide the illegal activity by the Director, the hot sex emails Vanessa Holton had with Aubry to get her job and continues to spy on employees he will not be removed as there is infinite amount of money allocated for cover-ups.

Remember to account for the cash when they sent Jurado and the girls to get trained on CMS.

You want names about CMS Government waste, here it is:

IT CIO Jim Culbeaux used State money to hire Consultants that funded political campaigns in exchange for being left alone to hire, retaliate and discriminate with impunity.

If only Jorge knew that there is a hidden listening device in his office. Sorry Jorge, there are no secrets being kept from your staff. That's why everyone knows you are two faced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The reason we are at home today is because of people like Jim Culbeaux. Waste taxpayer money on CMS.

Perhaps you should delete Richard Munoz's name from your list. He's no longer an employee of DIR. He left DIR.

How can the state give us 3 days of unpaid leave but we cannot strike? The administration cries contract violation if they think we"ll strike, but where in the contract did we agree to taking 3 days of unpaid leave every month?

It's total BS, we're an employee group of cowards whose union really represents management. Restore our unpaid furlough or let's start organinzing complete worker slowdowns.

Let's do what Homer Simpson suggests: don't quit, just come to work every day and do it really, really, half-ass.

InRe Richard Munoz

I think I know why he left for UIAB as I, a former BOFE DLC and attorney, interviewed for the same job in LA and Orange counties in 2009. UIAB jurisdiction is EE vs. ER issues on wages consisting of smoke and mirrors by both litigants at appeal. Most of the "tenured" UIAB ALJs have probably been out of touch with reality since they left for law school and eased into a life time state job along the way; a collection of assholes who use ancient common law "tests" of credibility and reliability that is contrary to modern day rationale and reality. At least they had the presence of mind to bring in new blood. The incentive for Munoz was trappings and decorum of formal APA where he is a bonafide "ALJ". The dollars of about $118,000/year for and ALJ I is not too shabby either. I think a couple of the women UIAB ALJ interviewers were a couple of incompetent nincompoop assholes. You know, the kind you guys have been blogging about except they can be more dangerous to "offend" by, for example being, too competent, too hard working, too conscientious in performance, and too, too much of a threat to their job security. Munoz is in a bad place right now. Believe me I have researched those two offices. Does this give some of comfort of sorts? :)) Munoz, watch your wevoes amigo; so those witched won't be able to crunch and pulverize. Better you than me ... :))

It seems the state personnel unions are incompetent or in bed with state masters. Take out a lawsuit against the union executives who got you into this bind. The rest is based on statutory provisions; perhaps you need an able labor esquire on your side as well.

UIAB employee was Teresa Marie Fee. Do you normally hide your upper face with a pair of dark sunglasses during a meeting? Or was that intended disrespect? A hearing ofcr. with too many years of freeloading and guaranteed paycheck. There are apparently too many like you in the public sector. You and Hazel Cash in La Palma UIAB.

STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA

Teresa Marie Fee, do you normally ask applicants or parties on appeal inappropriate, illegal discriminatory questions of a personal nature, as you did? Your inactive state bar number is 166758. The state bar is requested to re-examine your PSYCHOLOGICAL AND ETHICAL fitness to practice law in California should you apply for active status.

All, just for your information: A current DLC is moonlighting as a prostitute. This is no joke or an attempt to impeach anyone nor any state department. She's good looking. It may be a personal choice with her.
