Does anyone know who is responsible for this waste? I think the Acting Director John Rea is responsible. He should take the fall on this one. Anyone have a different opinion?
I agree that John Rea should be held responsible, he should act like a man (not sure if I am correct here) and come out and admit that he failed on this project and wasted the taxpayers money.
The fall gal is Nance Steffen or should it really be Leslie Clements.
