As per anonymous source, FC lost 2 hearings (226 violations)-no evidence and big amounts. Had to continue a MdlR hearing because she failed to schedule a Spanish speaking interpreter. She's only a peace officer and has been on the job for 20 years! So much for getting better the longer you do it.
