DC states that RF was told by AC to document AB633 missing addendums for SN. Discovered that it was a Wage Claim DLC, not a BoFE DLC that screwed up. The problem promptly evaporates.

Message to the illiterate individual who writes this wretched blog:

Mr. Lotts,
I am not Dean Fryer. Your constant posting to yourself is laughably weak. If you honestly want traction for your opinions, the use of graphically violent and perverse innuendo should stop.

Honestly, you are becoming the laughing stock of governmental bureaucracy with your sub-standard performance in DLSE, your continuing perpetration of inappropriate comments about your co-workers, and your continuing lack of compliance with existing orders from Angela, John, and others.

You may think that you are receiving adequate legal advice, but you appear to be convinced that your future should rely upon the opinion of a liberal, low-level, elected politician from Garden Grove.

Perhaps, instead of publishing libel and slander, you should consider the ramifications of perjury under California law.

You appear not to care that the governor, the DIR, and DLSE have been harmed by your behavior, your false statements, and your reallocation of governmental resources per your own whim.

Exactly which code of administrative conduct permits you to call your co-workers names, allege perverse sexual escapes, and then complain that you are being treated unfairly?

It is the role of any state administration to bring discipline to the administrative process.

Your conduct deserves review.

Just review your own blog. The character attacks, defamation of character, and administrative abuses are clear.

1. The Blogger has been unable to work at any government agency without conflict with management.
He's the smart guy and everyone else is either incompetent or evil.

2. The Blogger has particular problems with Hispanic supervisors.
He fights for Latino laborers now, despite his history of their questionable treatment when he was employed with the Border Patrol.

3. The Blogger no longer has the temperament to perform peace officer duties as judged by the wise State of California. What does one have to do to be disqualfied from a Psych test anyways? It's not like you can cheat on them or anything.

4. The Blogger is at times brilliant but is always ultimately undone by his own narcissism. From angering sponsors in the side business to facing huge margin calls on speculative stock trades, the guy is self-destruction personified. His biggest problem at INS was his affinity for strange scents many miles from home. They just like him, what could he do?

This blog has gone from "possibly credible" in its early days to "currently in need of psychiatric evaluation." The blogger is clearly showing signs that he is racist, homophobic and has a real problem with authority of any kind. Dude, they've done you a favor. Move on and get help.
